Always greeted with a smile and great attitude. It's rare that you can look forward to go back to the pharmacy, but I don't think you're going to find a better, kinder, faster, small town charm in the whole city that compares to this one.
Been using these guys for years. They’re a great team of professionals to trust with your medications. They’ll treat you like family when you walk through the door ( or use the super convenient drive through)and you most likely will not get that treatment at one of the bigger, chain pharmacies. But don’t sell yourself short make sure and stuff Inside they always have the best fines. You never know what they may have in stock. I always leave with something cool, cute, very useful, or fun to go along with my pharmaceutical needs , and I always leave smiling!! … oh and my kids usually leave with a lollipop! Five stars, hands-down⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I don't like leaving negative reviews. I use a medication that no pharmacies keep in stock. I called Ed holcombe last Tuesday and was told if I had my prescription sent in by my doctor (along with the prior authorization thats needed every month on this medication)they would order the medication and have it waiting for me (my medication was set to be filled on the 22nd) well the 22nd rolls around and after bouncing around all day long on the phone with my Dr and with the pharmacist I ultimately decided to just pay cash because the Prior authorization wasn't going to go through. Low and behold when I sent my husband up there the pharmacy in fact did NOT order my patches because I didn't specify if I was going to use cash or run it through insurance(Keep in mind.. . Insurance has never paid for this prescription). Which.....what? A prescription should be sufficient enough to have grounds to order the medication but no and it's not like I can have the script transferred to another pharmacy because it's a narcotic. Why A prescription wasn't enough Ill never understand. Also, every time you call a pharmacy they'll tell you "We don't know if your insurance will cover it until it's ran." I have been so sick over something that should have never happened. To be told "Yeah we'll order it. Just have your doctor send over the prescription." When there was clearly no intentions of ordering it to begin with is extremely unprofessional. Now my pain is out of control when it was being managed with the patch. I'm disappointed and can't help but feel like this was intentional to ensure I withdrawal from my medications. I've never had this issue with any other pharmacies. Ultimately they didn't want to get stuck with my medication and I get that but maybe if my medication wasn't $50 higher than other pharmacies there would be no worry that they'll be stuck with it. I'm disappointed with this entire situation. They're not missing anything by me no longer being their customer. Just a heads up to anyone else that has special order meds......they may or may not order your medications even with a prescription.
I’ve been with them over twenty years an just love them all. Always smiling an friendly an they treat you like your family.
Best pharmacy I have ever used. They try there best to do anything they can for you. The employees are wonderful and very caring. If I ever move out of cullman county I will drive to use this pharmacy because they are just that good.
Great service great people
I love family owned business. They are super friendly and very helpful.
All the workers are so friendly and family oriented that they make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door; their service is also sufficiently fast...couldn't ask for a better pharmacy!
Best pharmacy ever!🥰 …
I always get my prescriptions filled at Ed Holcomb's pharmacy. They always are super friendly and go out of the way to make sure I am taken care of. I would highly recommend
