I have a great experience with them. They deliver my medicine one time,Their great at reaching back out to you if you have questions or even just speaking with the pharmacist they have great customer service. I’m never been on hold long at all.. i recommend them to five other people that are using them now.

I've been getting my biologic medications from Infinity for about 2 years now. They really care about their patients. They went above and beyond to help me when something unexpected happened with medicaid and I couldn't see my Dr to get a refill. I highly recommend Infinity Care Solutions. They have been very good to me!!! I can't thank them enough for being there and caring the way they have over the years. I'll never change pharmacies again. I'll always fight to keep Infinity and I'd give a million stars if I could. Thank You Infinity Care Solutions!!!

After years of dealing with constant hassles and negligent customer service from CVS Specialty Pharmacy, I was at last referred to Infinity Care Solutions for my biological meds and a host of other maintenance meds. From my first encounter with them to today, the staff at Infinity has provided above and beyond care on every level. I am grateful for them every time I engage with them, which is fairly often, due to the nature of my health issues. It is refreshing to speak to an actual, knowledgeable person without navigating an endless automated phone system. Everyone I've spoken with, from enrollment, billing and the compound pharmacist, have all been helpful, professional and diligent with their follow through and thorough communication. They always return calls in a timely manner, go the extra mile in communicating with my doctors and generally provide a patient experience like no other provider I've dealt with over the years. They are an outstanding service provider.

Going on 2 weeks without my medications. I’ve called and spoke to people and they have to call you back after confirming scripts. People don’t have all day to be on the phone going back and forth about medications you’ve already called and confirmed were needed. My meds were supposed to be on auto ship and somewhere there was a disconnect and I’ve been having issues ever since. Maybe hire some people that understand you can’t ship out meds that need to be signed for when the person won’t even be home to accept them.

I've been getting my monthly biologic meds from Infinity for a couple of years, and I never have any issues. Friendly staff and pretty fast compared to most pharmacies.

The best customer service I have ever received in a pharmacy by miles(or most anywhere for that matter)! Blake and her staff are friendly and efficient often greeting you by name when you arrive. They are proactive on refills and will reach out to you when they are ready.

Person, I know her name, I spoke to today in regards to price matching my meds told me, very rudely , I’ve told you 5 times already that ——-, I’m like no, it was certainly not 5 times and if I was told something so many times, why would you wait on the phone with me, to explain what the issue was, to talk to another person, who did not now what you were requesting, to explain what you were requesting as well? Customer service skills are a must in any profession but that attitude will drive many potential customers away….

This pharmacy is the most professional, knowledgeable, and friendly I've ever been to. One of the things that I went through the past with pharmacies is that being on a couple of narcotics a lot of them treat you like a drug addict rather than someone that legitimately needs pain medicine. I would recommend Infinity Pharmacy to anyone. Not to mention I have never waited over 10 minutes for them to fill my prescription. A+ in my book.

I do love there customer services I have been using them for at least 3 to 4 years! However i have tried many of there compound medications! They all have been just money down the drain so I am super disappointed in the quality of their drugs that they make! I will continue to use the pharmacy but I will no longer get anything that is made in house!

Customer service is terrible, they never answer the phone.. just terrible, don’t go here there are others that are better
