I come to Safeway all the time to get my meds. Thats all cause the prices are higher then the London Exchange. I seen a slice of Cheese cake for 4.99 and thought are you kidding one slice, I wonder how much the whole cake cost 60.00 bucks. Must have Gold in those slices. I also notices a sale on another product. it was originally 3.99 and on sale for 3.69, WOW stop the train I need to get that sale .30 cents off. Now if we lived in 1940 that would be a great sale.
I fought with these people for years. Always a problem, always a wait, always an attitude. Their negligence left me missing treatment several times. My final straw was being humiliated while the pharmacist spoke loudly about my meds in detail in front of a line full of people. Absolutely the worst. Wish I could give them zero stars.
AZ has changed the guidelines 3days ago and the federal government has changed its guidelines to who ever want the vaccine can get it. Nothing about a prescription. When will your policy reflct what AZ and CDC have updated to no scripts. I want my vaccine.
Safeway pharmacy- Trekell Rd. When the weather is hot. And you want to cool off... get your scripts here. They waste your time. You can wait for a script, they have no intention on filling! Guess loitering is allowed in this area!
I cant believe it takes all day to get ur prescription filled I went to the doctor in the am and I never got a txt saying my medicine was ready I call at 541 and they said it was going to take another hour really I'm glad I didn't die after I get my meds I will be transferring my medicine to a different pharmacy do disappointed with this place this is the second time it happened to me
The pharmacy staff is fantastic, and go out of their way to help me when needed ! VERY good people !
I’ve been taking accutane for four months now and every single month they have messed up my prescription in one way or another. My prescription got “stuck” in their system so they didn’t see it needed to be filled. This month they forgot to order it and now I have to rush to Florence on the last day I can pick it up. They always say they will text when your prescriptions are ready but they don’t text you until after you’ve already picked up your prescription . Inconvenient, unfriendly, awful.
Friendly staff! We walked in about 20 minutes before they closed and they were happy to fill my prescription with a smile and time to spare. Very easy and no hassle and this was my first time using Safeway as my pharmacy. Excellent staff!
Need better management. Auto refill on but never works. I waited 2 weeks then reordered regular generic maintenance meds online... 3 days later still not refilled. Called again and man said yesterday they would process urgently. Well, 2 of the 3 are out of meds so I have to wait til Monday now for restock to arrive. I'll be switching pharmacies soon! They need to get systems updated and inventory correct.
Slow service. Rude to customers. Prescription is never ready when they say it will be. I have been told that I don’t have insurance when I do and I am requesting a refill for a med that they have previously filled. When their customer service is challenged, they blame the customer. One staff member bashed my husband while on the phone with me blaming HIM for our insurance not paying. Their automated text system for refills doesn’t work. I got a text message saying my script was ready to pick up 3 days after I picked it up. Called in a refill on a med, showed up 4 days later for pick up and it wasn't ready. This has happened more times than I can count. They dont have answers for errors when they happen, their staff dont even know how to read their own computer system. One staff member didn't know what Medicaid was. NEVER am I going there again.
