Kevon is wonderful. He takes the time to talk to you and answer all your questions. He goes the extra mile to make sure you get your medication quickly. I was impressed with his knowledge and he made me feel comfortable knowing my health mattered to him.

I am a huge fan of customer service! It took me a while to find a compound pharmacist. And it was truly a learning experience. Kevin took his time to research the ingredients to the cream for the prescription. Along the way he also discussed and explained how the compound is made, like I said, it was a learning experience and thanks to this gentleman he provided me more than just a prescription. His attention to detail and his excellent superior customer service is unmentionable he took the time to care asked questions about my mom at her age and details, not even details. It was kindness, love and concern for the person he was creating this prescription for. he provided me assurance that the combination will work as prescribed. It was an extremely pleasant experience. I had an incredible first-time experience at 5RX Pharmacy. Although I live in Douglasville and wouldn’t normally travel this far for a pharmacy, it was recommended by my doctor as one of a few that could fill a specific compound prescription. After seeing it had the best ratings on the list, I gave it a shot—and now I see why it's so highly rated. From the moment I walked in, I was met with professionalism, friendliness, and exceptional care. Dr. Kevon Pierre greeted me and told me it would take just 10 minutes to fill my prescription, which was a welcome change from the long wait times I’m used to. During the wait, we had such a great and engaging conversation that I ended up staying nearly an hour without realizing it. Dr. Pierre was incredibly knowledgeable about the medication and shared helpful insights from personal experience that made me feel confident and supported. He even gave me the option of how I’d like the medication dispensed—either a regular tube or, in his words, “a really cool pump.” Naturally, I picked the “really cool pump” he was so enthusiastic about. He was also very knowledgeable about insurance matters and walked me through what to say and do to help get coverage. He even offered to provide the documentation needed to support the claim. If I lived closer, I would absolutely make 5RX Pharmacy my primary. The care, knowledge, and customer experience were simply unmatched.

My husband and I recently found a sick puppy who desperately needed to start medication right away. After calling over 12 pharmacies, we finally came across 5RX who had the medication to get him started. He even was able to flavor it to peanut butter so our dog loves it! The owner is the nicest, most accommodating man AND he was able to beat the Good RX price! Absolutely love that we are able to support his local business for our pet and our personal needs. We highly recommend 5RX and will definitely be back!

Great service! A real pharmacist who mixes compound drugs is hard to find with all the bottle fillers and label slippers out there. Thanks for being open on a Saturday and making sure we were able to get the meds needed for much relief. Will be back!

I love leaving reviews when the service, price and timing is all perfect! I came late in the afternoon with 3 prescriptions for my baby sister. The pharmacist Dr Kevon was able to work with us on price and had everything in stock even the over the counter vitamins my sister needed. While we waited, we watched Frozen inside the pharmacy and had a healthy snack. When the medications were ready, the pharmacist explained everything to me (dose and side effects) and was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning to this pharmacy for my prescriptions ! 5 Rx is 5 star service for sure!

After 4 months of trying to get a surgical wound to close and heal with repeated visits to surgeon and ER for infection I finally took a turn for better when this pharmacist took the time to show me how to remove gauze with normal saline and a cream to promote healing. Literally in 5 days time my wound is finally closing. Every time I visit 5RX the pharmacist makes sure I know what I need to know. He helps me not only with the medications but with pricing. If he knows he can’t give me the best deal he’s even told me to go to a chain pharmacy although that was only once when his cost were more. I recommend you use this pharmacy, they will even deliver. I will continue to support our small businesses when they are much superior than others. Thank you so much.

Kevon, the owner and pharmacist at 5Rx Pharmacy, exemplifies what a best-in-class pharmacist and pharmacy should be. As soon as I walked in, Kevon greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. He informed me that my prescription would take about 20 minutes to fill, so I returned exactly 20 minutes later. However, he was running behind because he was being meticulous with the preparation. He apologized and then offered to deliver the prescription to my house because I had to run to another appointment! I didn’t want him to go out of his way for a personal delivery and told him I'd come back, but he insisted, assuring me he lived in my area and could drop it off after work. True to his word, my prescription was on my front doorstep when I returned home later that evening. Now that’s exceptional customer service...5Rx Pharmacy has tons of great reviews for a reason!

This pharmacist has been so helpful to me. I feel like he truly cares when the big chain box stores do not. I was given a medication I’m allergic to and no one caught it. My doctor or the pharmacy at cvs so I decided to give this place a shot. He’s full of knowledge and he even stayed open late because I was stuck in traffic.
