I absolutely love this pharmacy. They have taken care of my prescriptions now for about three years. They have worked diligently to help with any coupons to help with my expensive inhaler that my insurance did not cover. They spent time researching and helping me on numerous occasions. They have been wonderful to me!!

Awesome place to get your medicines.they are respectful and kind .they would enjoy having your service if you are hurting any where in your body like your arms,legs,shoulders,hips I would recommend going to the northeast Georgia pharmacy and buy the deep heating rub with Menthlotum in it .it Pentrates where you are hurting.it really works I should know I am using it on myself

My 9 year old has the flu. She also has asthma and allergies. No pharmacies around here has any Tamiflu in stock. I called Northeast Georgia Pharmacy (Medicap) and spoke with a lady who told me they had it in stock and would fill it. David called me back and told me that they would not fill her prescription. When I asked why, he said well because she’s not a regular customer and we want to save ours for our regular customers. We stayed in Royston for years and they use to fill all of our prescriptions, one of the reasons why I called them. So I said to David, you have filled me and my kids prescriptions before, it’s been maybe a year since we haven’t used them due to moving. So you’re telling me that you’re not going to fill my child’s prescription because you want to save it incase your “regulars” come and need it? Even though they might not need it but you’re not going to fill it because of that. His response was, yeah pretty much… I said thank you, I’ll be sure to let everyone know this and he said ok. I’m flabbergasted. I can’t even put in words how unethical that is. Knowing that no pharmacies has it and all of these kids are sick but you want to hold onto it. Some pharmacies getting shipments in one to two days. There’s no excuse why he couldn’t fill hers. Why make it a public pharmacy, if you’re only going to treat who you want to treat. We are thankful for the pharmacies who really serves their community and CARES about everyone’s health, not just a selected few!

I needed a rare eye drop that isn’t normally kept in stock. Linda overnighted it and I had it the next morning. They care and put their customers well being first. A bunch of good folks!

I have gotten prescriptions here in the past. And many other family members use them..I was going to start using this as regular pharmacy. I have bcbs insurance. Had surgery today and a script for 10... TEN pain pills. Was told because I am not a regular customer they would not fill it. I guess to the "big box" pharmacy I go.

If you want a pharmacy that will: -Never return a call -not call to let you or the doctor know they don’t carry a medication - always being talked over or put on hold when you ask a question This is your pharmacy. It used to be good. But it’s absolute TRASH now

Guy was not nice stated I need to get prescriptions filled somewhere else.

My son had to be seen at urgent care and we had never used Medicap before but it was so convenient being rite next door. The phamacy was very fast and friendly.

I thank GOD for this pharmacy!!!! My daughter saved so much by switching from Walgreens to them. She works very hard to make sure that she has money for her meds. Paycheck to paycheck makes it hard! Thanks MEDICAP!
