Walmart Pharmacy

This is not the first time this has happened, but by far the worst. I went in for my medicine, and was told it needed prior-auth. They did not pursue getting it, and did not contact me for a month. I called them and was told they had no knowledge of it needing to be sent for prior-auth, and they'd do it asap. I then called again, and found out that the prescription had been expired the entire time which they neglected to tell me, leading to me experiencing severe side effects of being off my medication for a month. If you can go anywhere else, I suggest doing so. They do not seem to communicate with each other or to us which is unacceptable when people's health is on the line. I will not be going here again.

Such a nightmare having to deal with this pharmacy. I spoke to them in person yesterday so I didn't have problems with my order today. Yet here I am without my medicine and have to deal with any side effects of not having it after taking for 8 years. Have to hope they get it right along with the doctor tomorrow.

Caring knowledgeable Pharmacists. After years of being helplessly entangled in Walgreens then Kroger's pharmacy nightmares we now have someone who cares for us, and as well, someone who is concerned about our costs due to Obamacare BCBS lack of adequate coverage. With the US healthcare crisis affecting us all, finally a Pharmacy who really want to help us rather than to further complicate our lives

I I switched pharmacies from Walgreens to Walmart and I am so happy with that decision when I call I actually get someone to answer pretty quickly actually they're very nice and I really don't have to wait in line very long I definitely recommend this Pharmacy
