Hume Pharmacy

Very impressed. I will never use CVS again. I called Hume and their pharmacy manager personally helped resolve my issue promptly and accurately. CVS was about as unhelpful as they could be. Consequently I move all of my prescription business to Hume. They rock.

If I could give a higher rating I would. The amount of anxiety they’ve spared me. They handled all of our family prescription transfers from our previous pharmacy, are ALWAYS a kind and courteous call away (you speak to a real person every time) and the quickness they have our prescriptions ready. You couldn’t pay me to use anyone else. Super grateful to have them right in my neighborhood.

Matthew and Morgan are amazing. Hume takes such good care of their patients. Everybody there goes above and beyond for each and every patient. The owners are willing to help deliver prescriptions, jump in and help when the pharmacy is short, and they take care of their team. This pharmacy is hands down the best place to get your prescriptions. Matthew is an amazing pharmacist. He tries to get to know each patient that walks through his front doors. Best pharmacist in town!!

Highly recommend Hume Pharmacy for their excellent customer service! I reached out to the owners, Matthew and Morgan and they were able to find me a better price for my prescriptions. A handful of times, they personally delivered our medications to us to ensure we had what we needed. They truly go above and beyond!

Moving here from out of State we were concerned about transferring our prescriptions to a local pharmacy, but Hume/Andrews was great. They took care of all the transfers with ease. I spoke to Matthew ( the owner) several times during the transfer. He was wonderful! His staff is very courteous and they even assign a person to help keep everything on track. If your looking for a small town relationship, with a big box selection of drugs and supplies, this family of drugstores is for you. One final thing, they always treat you with love and respect. I'm glad that I made choice to go with this family owned business.

Shout out to Hume Pharmacy! They are by far the most dedicated, competent pharmacy in Louisville. Every person from the clerks to the pharmacist are professionals and very personable. I use Hume Pharmacy for all of my pharmaceutical needs, for Covid testing, and my whole family's flu shots. The owners, Matthew and Morgan, have always done a wonderful job. Matthew is a great pharmacist and always helps in whatever way he can. They also help us by delivering our medications. Matthew has such great bed-side manner with my little girl when she gets her flu shots, that she doesn't even flinch. I would 100% recommend Hume Pharmacy and Matthew Andrews to anyone.

I’ve never had a pharmacy that I could call my own. I thought they were all the same, so I went to the one that was the closest. After doing business with Hume Pharmacy, I now have the best pharmacy in Louisville. They know me by name when I come in or use the drive-up and Matthew Andrews is the most caring nicest guy I know.
