The absolute worst company to deal with. Everyday it’s something new the need. Takes 2 weeks for medicine to be shipped. Major companies should pull their contracts and work with more reputable companies.

This pharmacy has bad reviews for a reason!! Choose your own local pharmacy or a more reputable delivery service. They did not ship my script per USPS tracking and customer service at USPS. Which they have the ability to easily verify. They will say you have to wait 10 business days before your script can be shipped out due to their mistakes. They then expect you to contact the provider to get a new script before they will “reship” the script….. you would think it being their error they would be responsible and do the leg work! Horrible customer service! Will not use again!! They have zero concept of continuity of care!!!

What experience? I can't even someone to answer the phone. I've a total of one hour snd 48 minutes on hold, waiting for someone to answer. Ridiculous!!!

THIS IS THE WORST PHARMACY I HAVE DEALT WITH, I HAVE WAITED 3 WEEKS FOR MY PRESCRIPTION AND TODAY IT SHOWS UP AND THE PACKAGE IS OPEN AND EMPTY, MY PRESCRIPTION IS MISSING, SO I CALL THE PHARMACY AND THEY TELL ME I NEED TO FILE A POLICE REPORT. THIS IS RIDICULOUS, I SPENT OVER $100 FOR THIS PRESCRIPTION AND THAT'S NOT COUNTING THE SHIPPING CHARGES SO I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY MY PRESCRIPTION CAN'T BE SHIPPED MORE SECURELY THAN STANDARD USPS. NOW I HAVE TO FILE A POLICE REPORT AND WHEN I CALLED THE PHARMACY, THE MAN WAS VERY RUDE AND OF COURSE I'M OBVIOUSLY UPSET. THIS PHARMACY IS A JOKE!!!

I have been a 3 plus year of the Medvantx pharmacy. This company is the worst mail in pharmacy that I have used. This is a special pharmacy that I have to use in order to get the drug that I need. I have to call in my prescription each month. They give me a date in ejich it will arrive. I wait all day and for it to arrive because it has to be signed for. Fifty petcent of the time it does not arrive on that day. So I have 2 days a month wasted. I got oermissuon to have signiture required removed so that zI do not have to be there. I confirm it on each order but again fifty petcent of the time it still comes with a signiture required. This places a lot of stress on me. I call to complain and they say my fole has listed no signiture required and that is how it was srnt but thst isn"t true. If you have to get medicine from them you are just a name and dollar dign to them.

They take forever to process orders. If you call they will give you an sla that has past and just keep repeating it with no reason why or how long it will take to process. It takes them weeks to ship out refills. Avoid if at all possible!

Long time customer, tired of being treated like a number. Website had issue with order. No responsibility taken. Was told that it wasn't "their" error as the website is managed by parent company. Have to go on trip without meds as company policy is to not expedite meds unless customer pays for that in every case. They made a mistake and would NOT make it good. TERRIBLE customer service being told about "policies" by "customer" service instead of actually serving the customer and making things right.

NEVER MAKE BUSINESS WITH THAT RETARDED COMPANY !!!! My wife who is on cancer stage 4 treatment ,had to order a chemo pills that never deliver ,they say 3 to 5 business days ,and we have to call many times ,and the pills are not here,people on the phone are repeated the same question ,and don't take any initiative move ,Just terrible company who need to be shut down for good !!!! and i mean it

This is the WORST SPECIALTY PHARMACY to deal with. The representatives are rude. It is just too bad. An hour waiting to be told by a rude rep, it’s just busy- then be transferred and on hold Lord knows for how long? GENENTEC needs to do better😢 …
