I came from Tom’s in portland my whole life, because they never had my scripts even after requesting them. This place is SO GOOD!!! I have a bad habit of getting too low before refilling, the ladies never give me a hard time. I actually like going inside to go get them!

Everyone here is so nice and helpful. Very efficient and ready to answer your questions. And they have a drive through! Great place!

seems to always be a longer than necessary wait for basic scripts and when the doctor calls them in for STAT or urgent a day's wait is needed??? THAT is absolutely not okay. And the customer service girl has the personality of a cement block. What happened to the Grand Pharmacy where it was personable and they went out of their way to actually CARE.

My experience has unfortunately been the same as those reviewers who stated that they were subject to refusal to fill, even after discussing my script directly with my prescribing physician. I talked at length with the pharmacist who refused to fill…and even after explaining to him that withholding this medication put me at risk for a major ischemic stroke, he still refused. I understand that pharmacists have options to fill or refuse, but his logic was flimsy and inconsistent. Not every patient is an idiot. He actually stated that although his “concern” was for my safety (if my MD, who has over 50 years experience, has determined it was safe as written and that it was the best and safest approach for my problem, he should not be questioned regarding his safe treatment of his patients and that should be the end of it, PERIOD.) The pharmacist also said that an equal concern for him is his license. Well, so your license takes precedence over my possibly ending up speechless and in a wheelchair for the rest of my life? Glad we got THAT clarified…I ended up after much wasted time and effort on both my and my doctor’s part resubmitting the scripts to a chain pharmacy notorious for their refusals to refill…and guess what? They filled them with no problem whatsoever. I sympathize with the draconian approach state medical boards have adopted these days, but I have experienced my share of recalcitrant and frankly, in the case of the now-defunct Grand Ledge Rite Aid, blatant irrationality and negligence born of ignorance, hostility, and an over exercise of their authority. No patient should have to approach their pharmacy with a legitimate, within-the-guidlines prescription written by an experienced, well respected physician, feeling a sense of ominous doom and guilt.

I don’t appreciate that multiple pharmacists have tried to change prescriptions because they think they know better than doctors. I’ve had prescriptions delayed because of them trying to convince a doctor that it’s not what they recommended. I appreciate medical advice and making me aware of potential dangers but that’s it! This pharmacy is very quick at filling prescriptions. Hours of operation i wish was opened later.

Outstanding customer service, very kind and thoughtful. Coming here is actually something I look forward to doing just to feel welcomed. I have had insurance issues before that they happily handle, always have had the drugs in stock, and give great direction on any issues they cannot fix.

Customer service is superb, they will handle insurance issues that may arrise, they always have my drugs in stock (most pharmacy chains in the area never do) and they are relatively quick. Simply the best on this side of town.

Unfortunately, this pharmacy charges much higher prices then Meijer and even Walgreens for basic meds. Gals are nice but for the value, not worth it.
