US Drug Mart

This is a good old fashioned pharmacy. The pharmacist and staff are friendly and helpful. They carry prescription drugs that others do not. It also has pharmacy things like eye drops and bandages and diabetes care. They don't have many of the housewares, and impulse buys you see at other pharmacies. They have a few local made gift type items or glasses cases but no canes or insole inserts. They have a drive through and medicine cabinet items too like alcohol wipes. But it's a great place to ask questions about your medicines. Highly recommend.

Best pharmacy ever. My insurance doesn't pay at this pharmacy. It doesn't matter to me. Ill pay the extra. Employees are always kind, pleasant, and responsive. I call it, "old school customer service." Love it. Renee

I love US Drug Mart. Today I went to get my prescriptions & one of my medications I received was the wrong mg. Which was my mistake because I submitted it for refill & then my Dr called me in a higher dosage. So I called the pharmacy & explained that I got the wrong one. The staff was amazing & understanding. They switched my medication for me & all was well. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy. They make you feel like you're family. I love all the staff. They go above & beyond for anyone who comes in. Thank you US Drug Mart Midlothian for everything you do for the community. You're one of a kind!!

US Drug Mart in Midlothian is the very best pharmacy around! They are so personable, friendly, and always willing to help in any way they can! We have been caught in a couple "pickles" due to manufacturing issues, providers not following through, etc. And the staff at US Drug always goes above and beyond! They are super fast to fill rxs so we can get home when we don't feel well, and we know we can always count on their staff to care and help!

I love US Drug Mart..Everybody is always so helpful and friendly ..they had so much Empathy for me when my husband passed away past September. Today I was picking up a new Medication , which would have been 260$ out of my pocket..The pharmacist Allen was so so helpful , looking for a better deal, and he found it.If you want to meet people who really care and welcome you with your name , don’t go anywhere else..Let’s support our local businesses.

After Brookshire's Pharmacy closed I have bounced around to several pharmacy’s in town. So happy to have found this one. Used it for the first time, today, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and nice. The place is really well kept and clean, too. So many of the Walgreens/CVS/Etc all seem so dingy these days. It’s nice to have an old-town pharmacy that takes pride in their business.

Christy and Allen have no customer service skills and no empathy towards their customers. They rush you, interrupt, talk over you and lie to you. If you have so little care for your customers wellbeing, why are you in the service industry, especially taking care of patients who are already overwhelmed with their illness.

Love US Drug Mart in Midlothian TX. Everyone is so friendly & they all go out of their way in not only getting your meds ready in a timely manner but they treat you like family. I have been going through cancer treatment for over a year & a half & the Pharmacists as well as the techs are so helpful & so compassionate & ❤ caring! They truly make me feel as if I'm not just a customer but a friend & they always let me know that they are thinking about me & wishing me well! They are the best!!

This is a great pharmacy! I switched from Costco to U.S. Drug Mart years ago when I needed a compound pharmacy and I never switched back. They are much more conveniently located for us. The staff (Dina, in particular) is very friendly and recognizes me, even through the drive-thru. Once, I was very sick, needed a refill but could not drive, and they delivered it to me! I also appreciate the pharmacist taking the time to speak to me directly when he has a concern about something I’ve picked up that is out of the ordinary (like a powerful pain medication prescribed for my husband following surgery). He just wanted to make sure there was no mistake and I like that. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

Another pharmacy did not have prescription in stock.called two other major pharmacies with no success. Called US Drug Mart and they had it in stock and was able to pick up in time it took me to drive there. This was on a Saturday. Wonderful people. Very helpful and professional.

This place is complete garbage. Have had many prescriptions filled and they never get it right. Always a hassle. They don’t know how to even bill insurance properly. Customer service is non existent, walk in and nobody acknowledges you. We took our business elsewhere.
