The new main pharmacist was extremely rude and confused and unprofessional. She argued with me and my doctor about giving me my medication for two days in a row because her system had messed up. She insisted on following her system rather than listening to a doctor. When we finally got thru to this lady she said we were rude and would have to go to another cvs. Seems like a lady who would rather insist she’s in the right than help people. She cared much more about explaining how she only does what the computer says than listening to you or your doctor actually say what’s needed.

Drive thru window was broken so everyone had to go into the store. Rep at drop off window said CVS does not accept Paxlovid copay card and my cost would be $400 copay. A Walgreens Rep told me about PAXCESS program the day before for my Son's prescription which got me the Paxlovid for $0. My husband's doctor has CVS on file for his prescription which is how we ended up at CVS. I had to call the Paxlovid PAXCESS program to find out why the copay card was not working at CVS when it worked the day before at Walgreens. The PAXCESS Rep had to call my local CVS pharmacy and educate them that yes, they do take the copay card, and got my prescription run thru at $0 cost. This situation wasted a lot of time in getting the medication for my husband and I won't use CVS again.

I am really thankful for the pharmacist who did a rush fill on my husband's pain medication prescription post-surgery. We always prefer CVS because everyone is really helpful and this is the perfect example. Thank you!

They were out of antibiotic and did nothing to try to find it at any other pharmacy. Customer service seems to be a thing from the past. Had it filled at Walgreens!

As a chronic pain patient I rely on non judgemental pharmacy staff. I left this pharmacy due to being treated poorly as a result of my regular prescriptions. Otherwise, customer flow is extremely slow at front checkout.
