Walmart Pharmacy

Supercenter Plainfield Walmart! A male pharmacist and an older female were very rude and short they kept saying 1 thing and not explaining anything. I call back next day and the male pharmacist was very helpful, spoke professional and explained the situation. I didn't even know I was using my insurance, I thought I was using goodrx. But very tired of the way some employee's talk to people, they are rude and careless. If yall could get the few rude and disrespectful employees out of there this would be a great pharmacy.

Be ready to continually be told excuses and different pickup times by two in training techs and a pharmacist who couldn't tell a woman where children's motrin is.

This is by far thee worst Walmart pharmacy! They never answer the phone and they also have to waiting when you go pick up your medication as if you’re invisible! Switched all my meds to Kroger and been happy ever since!

Always pleasant and attentive, at least all the times I've been there. Even the pharmacist will stop and help check people out when it gets busy. Some medications on Walmarts $4 dollar list are the cheapest of any pharmacy in the city.

I want to compliment the crew that’s working in this pharmacy, very helpful and patient. I had few issues with insurance but they always help by calling them and doing their best.

Professional and caring. Even when busy, the Pharmacist takes the time to keep me informed.

Let their inventory get short on essential medications and then don’t follow up like they say they will. Disgraceful!

This has to be one of, if not the, best pharmacies I’ve used. They’ve been very helpful and go above and beyond!
