Jones Drugs

I recently moved to Hollywood California from Prattville I did business with Jones Drugs and I absolutely love James Jones and the staff! You're all aces in my book!

The friendliest staff. Always feel welcome. Cozy atmosphere.

Highly recommend!!! Will never go back to Walgreens. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. My insurance was accepted. I was in and out in just a few minutes. This will be my place for prescriptions.

I absolutely love this pharmacy. I'm only disappointed that it took me so long to find it. They are always so kind, remembering who I am each time I come in. The store is always clean, has new cute little items on sale, and fully stocked with snack options while you wait (which won't be long, they are speedy!). If I had one wish it would be for the app to come back! It was the most useful and helpful pharmacy app I've found so far.

Went to the new remodeled store. The staff and and pharmacist could not have been nicer. I had one narcotic to be filled. They explained in great detail that it was necessary to fill another script with it as the government is trying to solve the narcotic issue in the United States and limits pharmacies if that is all they fill. They wanted to be able to continue to provide to all of their customers. I was happy to do this as they explained to me in great detail. I can't remember getting the customer service they provided. I also received a personal letter from them after my visit thanking me for being a customer. They made me feel like a part of their family.

Show up today to pick up a very important medication that my father needs to regulate his blood sugar only to be told that it will need to be ordered. The medication was actually due for refil several days ago yet I received no courtesy call to inform me that the prescription was ready nor that the medication needs to be ordered like most pharmacies do. This seems to be a continuous problem as far as communication goes and for showing urgency in providing crucial medications to their patients. The very problems that we left the big brand pharmacies for. I hope JD improves in this area moving forward.

Tired of the hustle and bustle of large chain pharmacies, I gave Jones a try and let me tell you I’m glad I did! The staff is always so welcoming and nice. They always have my prescriptions on time and if they don’t they’ll have them ready in 5 minutes. Great pharmacy and good people!

Love this pharmacy and staff. Forget the chain pharmacies , as even the owner knows her customers. Never long waits,(usually in and out in 5 minutes tops), and if they don't have it, it doesn't take a week to get your medication (Walgreens in wetumpka). I'm a customer for good, (I even make the 30 minute drive since moving to stay with Dutchi and her staff...that speaks for itself).

Amazing(& discrete)!! They know ALL their patient’s names. And on the off chance my Nebulizer vials aren’t in, they’ll call all over town, find, & run pick it up.

It was late Friday night and I just brought my second kid to urgent care to be diagnosed with strep. Jones drugs closed at 6pm which left me 5 min to get there from millbrook urgent care. I called them explaining my situation and they said they would start getting my prescription ready and wait til I got there. 🥰 Their actions speak volumes and I can not thank them enough! No one wants to stay late, let alone on a Friday night, but they did! They also take tricare so I don’t have to go to Maxwell which is worth every bit of my copay 😂
