Such a pleasure to due business with a first class staff. Being disabled they may it easy, efficient and take the extra steps to get your needs and services accomplished. Delivery is a great asset and thanks to everyone at Mike's.

I love Mike’s! One of the worst things to happen to me was my insurance no longer including Mike’s in their network - awful!! I still get compounded and other non-covered medications from Mike’s, but I wish I could get them all there. They deliver, too, which is most helpful to those who can’t get around as well as most people. The best part about Mike’s, besides their prices, is the staff - they’re the best! So friendly & considerate…plus, if you’re a regular (maybe even if you’re not), they remember you by name! I’ve gotten to the counter & it seemed like they had me almost halfway checked out already - I didn’t have to wait for them to ask me what I needed, then wait again while they went to look for it…they already knew, had it in a bag, and had it in the register! Love them!

My doctor sent in some numbing popsicles for my 3-year-old to help him after his tonsil surgery. I didn't know that they weren't covered by insurance until I showed up and I didn't have the money for it. But they took care of it for me. They literally saved my day. They were so kind and understanding. It didn't even really have a chance to panic because they took care of me so fast this place is great.

On a trip to Utah I realized I had forgotten one of the most important things - my medication. I take a compounded thyroid so it isn’t available at just any pharmacy; I needed a compounding pharmacy. I called Mike’s Pharmacy when we were about 45 minutes out of Idaho Falls. Jackie answered my call. She was courteous, took my information, called my pharmacy back home and got the information needed to get my medications for me. They compounded the thyroid medication and we were back on the road in a little over an hour. They were wonderful and if I lived here this would be my go to pharmacy. I can’t speak highly enough about them.

Hot mess. Was told three different times that my prescription was done. When I received the text that is was complete and came in for it, it still wasn’t completed. Communication is lacking. Unfortunately this is the only place in town I can get my prescription filled. It took them more than three days to fill it.

My elderly mother gets her prescriptions filled at Mike's and she uses the blister packs to make sure she takes her pills correctly everyday. We had an issue where the doctor called in her prescriptions late recently and the pharmacist and Jackie we're so helpful getting Mom what she needed. We are so thankful for their amazing customer service!! We highly recommend them here in Idaho Falls!

Justin and Chad are my favorite pharmacists! Their employees are kind and welcoming and Justin is competent and helpful. I will never go anywhere else!

These folks always take care of me, I have never had a problem with prescriptions or compounds or anything like that. I do feel like they genuinely do their best to get things done as quickly as possible. I do wish they were open on Saturday too but other than that, great pharmacy and friendly staff that is fast and efficient (in my experiences). Don't really have a bad thing to say about this location at all.

Im always treated with courtesy and professionalism! Their communication with my physicians office is punctual and articulate! The pharmacists are knowledgeable and not the least bit intimidating with any questions I have
