Live + Well Pharmacy - Bentonville

We’ve been using this pharmacy for a long time. It had that small town feel and we really liked the pharmacist. I think his name was James. They also seem to be well organized and fast. At some point, James was replaced with Derek. On at least two occasions, I found out very quickly that Derek can be very rude and condescending. When I told him how I felt, he did not apologize. He just continued to defend himself. Changing pharmacies today.

I love this pharmacy and the people are so friendly! I have always used big chains thinking they would already have what I needed. That’s so not true and I love the personal experience with the employees. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone!

Love + Well Pharmacy has gone out of their way to ensure I am happy with their products and service. The pharmacist is amazingly helpful and truly cares that his customers are happy. I highly recommend them!

Very helpful and professional forgot to pick up a prescription the gentleman behind the counter offered to drop it off to me on his way home. That is going above and beyond of what he needs to be doing. I highly recommend this pharmacy

The absolute best pharmacy in the world! First of all- do you know how amazing and rare it is to find a pharmacy where an actual human answers the phone? They are so great at working with your needs and insurance, fill prescriptions quickly, and provide excellent education about the medication itself. They have gone above and beyond to help my family- we will never go back to the big chain stores.

Dell and Derick (the pharmacists)and all the staff are super friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this pharmacy. They give a personalized service that is unbeatable!!!

Called and asked about availability of a very expensive pill, the pharmacist was extremely patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be filling some of my prescriptions here when I get a chance.

While this pharmacy used to be incredible it has significantly gone down hill since a few of the employees left. Not only are they extremely rude over the phone, they make a habit of losing prescriptions. I'm not sure why James has so many bad reviews, he was the only one competent enough to fill prescriptions correctly. It took the dr calling and telling them to look again that they found it "not where it was supposed to be". If you like taking your medications on time, don't go here.

A locally-owned pharmacy that offers personal service, fast prescription fills, and access to multiple suppliers for better availability. What a difference from the big chain retailers!
