Cashier 2568078 asked myself and 3 other customers why we waited until 10 minutes before they closed to pick up our prescriptions. I walked in at 5:50. At 5:51 the same cashier locked the door preventing additional customers from coming in. At 5:55 she partially rolled down the metal doors covering the windows and exit causing customers to bend down under the metal doors in order to exit the store. I will be moving future pharmacy refills to another retailer.

The pharmacist (Yahya Al Ansari) is disrespectful he talk to you like he owns the pharmacy he disrespect me 3 times and I will never recommend anyone to go to that pharmacy he needs to get fired

The worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Been waiting 2 days for meds that were put in as an emergency and every time I call they tell me a later time my meds will supposedly be ready. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The staff is very unpleasant and unprofessional and it's not worth it for the convenience. I will definitely be switching to giant eagle after this.

The pharmacy is usually pretty fast with getting prescriptions same day. They are generally helpful and friendly (be careful who you ask about side effects to though). At times (specifically during lunch hour), it may be a while before you are helped (luckily there are chairs that are comfortable enough for the wait). Other than that, its not bad.
