CVS Pharmacy

Absolutely furious! My doctor sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy after I requested it be sent here. I called CVS & asked that the other pharmacy be called to transfer the prescription, but asked the pharmacist to verify they had the medication I needed in stock because I NEEDED to start it ASAP. I was placed on a brief called & when the pharmacist came back she stated it was in stock & could be filled same day (it was approximately 6:30p). I was told she was calling the other pharmacy to have it transferred when we hung up. By 8p, still no text that it was ready & when calling, the recording went on a continuous hold for 9mins. I finally got logged into the app & the prescription stated “not in stock”! I made it very clear I needed this tonight & I could’ve gone ahead & filled with the other pharmacy. This is unacceptable & infuriating after the pharmacist assured me they had it & it could be filled ASAP. My symptoms are now worsening & I have to wait until 8a to hopefully have it available.

Very good CVS store. Pharmacy is well run and organized, vaccine experience was easy and painless, literally and figuratively.

Rachel at CVS New Albany goes above & beyond & truly cares about customers. I truly appreciate her kind demeanor & positive attitude.

Great staff!! Lee Ann is always there for me to answer or help get me what I need and is extremely patient. Bryan and Kevin are the pharmacist and are also great and patient. Also they are the quickest about getting you your meds. I have used them for years and look forward to working with them in the future. Thanks so much!

The PHARMACY department at this CVS is amazing! I really appreciate their help and also how kind they are to myself and everyone! I especially enjoy Rachel in the Pharmacy, she is an amazing human and the most kind and understanding person you’d ever want to meet!

I am COMPLETELY SATISFIED with my experience at the pharmacy. I am a long time and loyal customer of this pharmacy because all of the staff treats me like a good customer but, as important, treats me like a friend that they care about. I would not go anywhere else. These are vey hard working and customer focused employees. I have known these pharmacists and staff for a very long time and NEVER been disappointed. 5 Star Staff, 5 Star location! Every Single Time!

Very high prices and the self checkout machine is a pain. It gets stuck constantly and you need to call an employee. For the prices they charge they could invest more in technology…

So much for an Oath of a pharmacist. Tried to just ask a question about allergy medication for a child under 2... was shooed away because you were stuffing your face. You sir... I hope you get replaced by a robot soon.

Such a wonderful pharmacy! We love the pharmacists and those who work there.
