West Gate Pharmacy and Compounding Center

West Gate Pharmacy is the best! The staff is so pleasant. Cody is always so helpful in figuring out a medication that will work with my allergies. He will spend time looking up information that no other pharmacy will. He always finds a solution, either a compound or manufacturer that will work. We are so lucky to have this quality pharmacy in The Village!

I’ve been using West Gate Pharmacy since 2020. The pharmacist, Cody is always available to answer questions and the rest of the girls are so helpful. I’ve used Walgreens here in the Village as well and the difference is night and day. I strongly recommend using this Pharmacy.

I have had problems with other pharmacies not have my medicine in stock however when I switched to West gate pharmacy all of those issues cleared right on up. My husband was still using a different pharmacy for awhile then he too made the switch. Never had an issue with meds being out of stock. They order before hand in anticipation of our refill dates. There app is ery user friendly and you can text with the pharmacist, they answer in a timely manner. All of the employees are friendly and knowledgeable plus they have all sorts of cute stuff to look at while and if you do have a small wait

They have great and friendly staff. Their air conditioning feels really great. The freshly painted white lines outside make the parking very easy.

I highly recommend ditching the bigger pharmacies for your local Butler pharmacy if you’re a resident or visitor of Hot Springs. We use Westgate Pharmacy, by the front gate of Hot Springs Village and it has the best overall experience, the staff is friendly, educated, timely and takes good care of their people. Cody is an absolute charm. I am happy to have such a hometown experience with Westgate.

Westgate Pharmacy has always been a pleasure to deal with their staff is always smiling and friendly! They offer all different types of compounded medications and vaccination clinics. It’s always a pleasure to receive my medication in a timely fashion. They also are awesome about calling and reminding you that your medications are available and ready for pick up I can’t say enough about Westgate pharmacy! they also deliver medication’s and have some absolutely fantastic drivers, friendly and prompt. An excellent Pharmacy that I have been using for 40 years. It's previous name was Village Apothecary. Hard working people that have a lot to deal with and do a great job.

I am very satisfied with the professional service that WGP has provided for me for my medical needs. The Pharmacist's and staff have been helpful and answer all my concerns with sincere care.

Always friendly, fun stuff to shop for, great variety and I don’t recall ever having a prescription wrong! It is always a pleasure to walk-in and I am usually a drive-thru person!
