I really love the CVS store on West Central Street. It's a large store with a lot of inventory for products that I normally shop for and their pharmacists are very helpful. I've also recently visited this location for important vaccinations. The fact that I can get these here when I want instead of waiting for a doctor's appointment really makes this place worth it.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The pharmacists are wonderful. I have had several vaccines there and it was very efficient and easy.

Ridiculous!! Is there a no star to avail for this pharmacy? Refilled a Rx over automated system, system said it would be ready within 4 days. Waited a week long, nothing. Called pharmacy. all calls to VM. Received call, She said there is no such Rx in their system, call Doc and get it refill yourself. Called Doc, Doc said ask Pharmacy to sent request to refill. Called Pharmacy- sweet VM. Tired. Used automated system, system says there is a RX needs authorization from Doc, I selected to have authorization. Nothing from Pharmacy, requested authorization over automated system like 5 times in a week. Tired. After like 10 days, called - VM. Then there is a lady. She said she sent, I asked when, she hung up. I called back.. F VM. Manage to connect back with that lady, she goes oh we did not send, because there is no doc information on Rx. I am like what world are we in, with information and technology abundance, this is just a joke. I asked her to provide me the request form, so i can get Rx. She answers something else. No answer is pertinent to my question. Waste of Money, S show. No Rx in hand yet.
