Pencol Compounding Pharmacy

Always a pleasant experience. Always very kind to speak with, may always get me taken care of quickly and package refrigerated medications so they stay cool on my drive home.

Pencol has been a life-line for me. They have always made every effort to get my medicines for me in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. The staff is fantastic. I highly recommend them.

People are nice, and no problem with the meds, but the processing is very slow (10 days or more) and communication could be improved. There is no confirmation that phone refill requests are received, so you don't hear anything for days and have to call to check. Then they have called to tell me to pick up my order after I already did. It would be nice if they had a website to log into and set up recurring refills, check status, pay online, etc.

Pencol shipped my dog's $70 medicine to wrong address and lied & blamed FedEx and myself for their mistake and charged me for 2nd bottle. They are deceitful and dishonest! I'm STILL waiting for management to call me...DON'T trust Pencol!!!!!!!

First time using the pharmacy I had a question for the pharmacist which was on a lengthy phone call answering questions I finally left without saying anything to anybody and I received a call 30 minutes later from the pharmacist she observed me waiting and showed she cared enough to call me and see what I needed that's great customer service. Her name was Heather.

For 5+ years, I had sores on my upper left thigh & buttock. Went to a 2nd dermatologist & again, nothing worked until 2+ years later she referred me to Pencol. The compounded medication cleared up my sores in less than two weeks! It's been 3 months now and they haven't come back! Yahoo! Thank you Pencol!

This is the most awesome pharmacy I have ever experienced. The staff is very very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I needed a difficult to find prescription filled and they were fantastic. The pharmacist immediately researched the prescription I needed and stated it would be ready in a few days. The very next time I needed the same medication, the wait time was only one day. Pencol Pharmacy on Colorado Blvd. gets my highest review !!!

Our office has enjoyed working with Pencol for years. Their products are always compounded with the upmost attention to detail and care. Our patients receive their orders promptly and I can even pick up orders if I'm in a bind. I miss Tony but Sherree has done a great job of taking over for him. Prices are the best!

I had a great experience with Pencol. All of the pharmacists are extremely kind and patient. We had a hard time getting my prescription transferred over from other pharmacy and they were extremely helpful. Will definitely be making this my go-to compound pharmacy!
