Added to my post below… Bay Life Compounding reached out to me in regards to my post below about the shipping situation and offered their assistance. They have done everything to make the situation right. I appreciate the trouble they went to and will certainly order from them again. These vitamins seem to be hard to come by, so I am happy that I can purchase them at Bat Life. And they are a very reasonably priced, which I greatly appreciate!. However, shipping seems extremely slow. I can send a box of books to friends halfway across the country with Book Rate at the post office and they still get it within five days. It is taking more than two weeks to Receive shipments from Bay life.

Absolutely love this company and their staff! They are so kind and so helpful and I am so grateful that they carry this product. I was using an out of area place, but the shipping was getting harder and harder to handle. I absolutely cannot live without my Vitamins! They have literally changed my life!

I am an international flight attendant and my doctor called in a prescription and Bay life sent it to me via fed ex! It was such a nice thing for them to do!

I previously used Lincourt Pharmacy until they were bought out by Bay Life. My medication was not only more expensive, they are completely unreliable. They delivered my medication without any communication that it was going to be delivered, including right before Christmas while I was out of town. Twice the delivery driver handed my medication (a controlled substance) to a random person in my building. I discussed my issues with the staff via phone and they made it clear they didn’t care. I switched to Pinellas Compounding Pharmacy in Dunedin and had a great experience. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a better pharmacy.

I love that when we visit this office, my cat remains calm and relaxed for the vets and staff. They're so accommodating and friendly and really get to the bottom of what's going on.

I was in despair because I could not find the pharmacy to fill my prescriptions. And then I found Bay life Pharmacy. They understood my situation and were very kind to me. They offered to start filling my prescriptions to help me out. They are great people at Bay life Pharmacy. If you’re looking for a Pharmacy, Bay life is the one you are looking for. Update: Bay life Pharmacy lied to me. They told me they would fill my prescriptions and then at the last minute after I had already transferred them they changed their mind. You definitely do not want to do business with Bay life Pharmacy.. Or Lincourt Pharmacy. They don’t care about you. I am out of my heart medicine and all my other medicines and they don’t care.

Absolutely brutal, unconscionable pricing. The previous compounding pharmacy our vet worked with, Lincourt, which was also awful (by virtue of being unreliable), charged $50.00 for two months of the life-saving medication my cat requires. They transferred their business to Bay Life, who charges $65.00 for one month. I am researching alternatives because this is exploitative and I encourage anyone else to do the same. EDIT: Beyond double the pricing, they've halved the reliability. Twice now they've left my cat without the medication he needs to live because the withdrawal could kill him. I called this morning, and they promised it would be ready. It wasn't. DO NOT RELY ON THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING IMPORTANT. SEEK OUT ANY OTHER PROVIDER.

Bay life made me feel confident with my meds and had excellent customer service!
