AHF Pharmacy - Piedmont

I’m very disappointed with the punctuality at AHF Pharmacy. Today, I arrived at 7:55 AM—five minutes before the posted opening time of 8:00 AM—only to find the doors still closed well past that time. This is the second time I’ve come early to pick up my medication and the pharmacy has not opened as scheduled.This is unacceptable for a healthcare facility, especially one responsible for providing vital medications. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures they open promptly as promised.

Outstanding patient or customer service and professionalism! I received my prescription after some snags in the process. Piedmont Pharmacy had the prescription delivered to me with all the helpful brochures, information, and care items included. The pharmacist, Amanda, is the best! Top of the line customer service and standard of care!

I must say, I am so impressed with the care I have received. All the staff makes you feel welcome. Dr. Notoya is through and very kind. I live 63 miles away and I gladly drive to receive the level of care and in my budget. Thanks to everyone at 735 Piedmont facility. Y'all are the best!! John Melotik

Cole is ABSOLUTELY correct. It seems as though NO ONE at this location wants to the work. Not to mention they NEVER NEVER NEVER answer the phone. It’s almost as if your calling a restaurant to place a Togo order and they won’t answer. Instead there are Literally lives that hang in the balance here. It’s SAD. NOT AHF as a whole, just this shameful location.

I’ll have to agree with the reviews seem like no one wants to work I called to transfer my meds and they made it difficult like they were the ones confused like I was irritating them by calling cause I wanted make sure it was done correctly

This place is confusing, they don't really seem to care. I have had appointments scheduled that get canceled because its not the right one. Explained situations multiple time with little to no actual resolution.
