I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at the CVS drive-thru on 7/31/25 shortly after 12 PM. When I provided my ID for prescription pickup, the pharmacy technician, Hassan, questioned whether the photo was of me. I explained that it was, but that it was taken about 10 years ago. He then commented, “You must have gained a lot of weight.” I was visibly upset and responded that his remark was inappropriate and unkind. While he did apologize, he attempted to excuse the comment by saying he was “just expressing himself,” that he “didn’t mean it like that,” and that he had “learned his lesson.” I told him there’s simply no positive or professional way to interpret such a personal and hurtful statement. This level of insensitivity and lack of basic customer service is completely unacceptable—especially in a healthcare setting. I’m shocked that someone representing CVS would speak to a customer this way. I sincerely hope this is addressed, as no one should be made to feel embarrassed or judged while simply picking up a prescription. At this time, I cannot recommend this pharmacy based on my experience.
Great service. Lines move well in drive through. Those working the window are always nice and provide good customer service.
They have some very young girls working there. They fight behind the counter, directly in front of customers (we've all had bad days, but if that's happening disappear into the break room). The techs have to step away from what they are doing just to break them up and this has happened three times now. Then I tried the drive through and the girls are bringing phones up to other workers while everyone sits in the drive-through line for 20-30 minutes each.
Tony in the pharmacy was very personal and accommodating when she didn’t have to be. That’s a rare quality. Putting others before themselves. Most healthcare professionals do the job primarily or sometimes even solely for money. Tony seems to be driven to be of service. Thanks again.
The girl working there called Justice is awful, not sure who gave her the job but is definitely not the right job for someone with such negative attitude. The last thing she wants to do is help you, it feels like she hates what she does and that she is forced to be there. It definitely transpires in the way she treats you and in every word when she talks to you. Hope she can find a job that gives her more happiness.
This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever seen. Not only you will wait in like for what seems to be forever, but it takes them hours to fill prescription. My doctor sent a prescription there at 2 p.m. for a common drug and they told me at 7 p.m. that it is not ready but it might be ready the next day. I had my doctor to send the prescription to a different pharmacy and it was ready within 30 minutes. Just don't send any prescriptions here, save your self some time and send it anywhere else.
The shelves where the item I was looking for could normally be found were all wiped clean during the holiday COVID surge. Thankfully, a very attentive and helpful staff member noticed my anxiety ridden scavenger hunt through the store and stopped what they were doing to direct me to a second location for the item - on an end-cap in the pharmacy. Very sadly, you do not, and sometimes can not, get ANY kind of assistance in a store today, let alone proactive/anticipatory help. It’s small miracles like this, and the fact that all of the employees had their pants pulled up to their natural waist, that brighten a customer’s day and give them hope for a more couth world tomorrow.
Don’t use this pharmacy. They made me wait 30 minutes while they searched for a prescription they had already filled the day before. They “lost it” and never found it. Couldn’t refill it because they were out and said it would take several more days. You had one job CVS pharmacy. To keep track of prescriptions! Will be going somewhere else where the pharmacists can actually keep track of their medicines.
I have never had such a bad experience. A lady from the pharmaceutical part made me wait for half an hour, while I was feeling like fainting and sat on the ground. She did not try to help at all, just sent me away to the other cash desk, where no consultation is performed. Terrible attitude. Awful experience.
The pharmacy mixed up my wife’s prescription, they will not take the return. On top of it, they have not had any of the items ready on time even when called in prior. Very busy yesterday, but no one else in line today in the same story. Convenient location however
