The lady with the grayish blond hair and the young pharmacist with the blond hair are both racist. I came in looking for novalog for my diabetes. After asking the lady with grayish blond hair not to start anything with me, the blond pharmacist interjected and asked me to leave. But the real issue was that they both thought it was funny that I didn't get my much needed diabetes medication.
I was in the pharmacy and the technician named Dakota ( white girl, long haired brunette) needed my information (like DOB) for insurance purposes. I was okay with that no problem, then she asks for my social security number and once again I was okay with that. However, what I wasn’t okay with is when I wrote my social security number in the notes on my phone so it’s not heard by other people behind me she looks at it and screams out my social security number across the pharmacy for someone else to enter it on the computer which is heard by everyone behind me and at the other windows. This is HIPPA/PRIVACY violation. There were three pharmacist on duty and none of them apologized or spoke to Dakota for her action which means it’s an every day thing. Social security number is private it’s not meant to be yelled out across the room. Walmart needs to teach DAKOTA on how to properly handle sensitive information. I will not be using this pharmacy anymore. If I could give it zero stars I would.
I recently switched over from kroger and I was quite impressed there was no long line and the pharmacist were very attentive and helpful and my prescriptions were filled quick compared to kroger where i would wait an hour. My first experience was great that I had to tell others how good it was.
I would never recommend this pharmacy. I was looking for help due to my prescription being higher then expected. Last month the pharmacist at another Walmart took 5 minutes out of his day to help me...but here, I experience the opposite. Even if they respectfully told me they didn't want to help me.... I would have accepted that. But instead- I had a very negative experience talkin to Will (a certified tech) he was rude...kept cutting me off, walked away from me & left me to figure out what to do next...and could care less that I was asking for help. He kept lying about what he saw in the computer. I asked for corporate and he gave me 1800walmart. I called and reported it- was told I was receive a follow up call from that pharmacy store manager (even though Will said there was no store manager) and of course I never did. Will is extremely rude and no one at Walmart does anything about bad customer service... I wouldn't recommend going to this pharmacy. But if you decide to... good luck!!
Call about a prescription. The tech that answered the phone was very polite and actually helped us save money by using good RX Well done. Thank you so much.
The pharmacist are so rude every time I call and I’m was not even done talking they hang up in the middle of a call. You guy need better pharmacist I wish I could rate this a zero star because it didn’t happen one it happen there time.
An employee at the pharmacy on 175 outer loop went out o her way to help me she took her time and was on her phone and google stuff for me to help me get what I need so so so very helpful and understanding 💕😃 I just wanted to say thank you so much …
Great friendly staff
Friendly staff
They are incompetent. I called to refill my husband's prescription and they say he needs a PA that I should call the hospital when it should be them. In addition, the hospital says that nothing like that is needed. They can't even do their job.
