Reagan Home Care Pharmacy

Great pharmacy! Most of the staff is pretty nice with the exception of at least one gentleman. I walked in, and the place was empty. No other customers. He first never even looked up at me until I asked which side of the counter should I be on, and he said, "Here where I am standing." I went there and told him I was picking up. Once he retrieved my items, he went to the other end of the counter and told me, "You need to come down here." In a tone like I was stupid for being on the other end! I said nothing and just moved down, checked out, and left without so much as a goodbye or anything! Others are more kind usually and the pharmacist is nice as well. The store also sells a lot of other things that are pretty cool, and they have a $1 aisle too!

I dropped off a compound prescription 6 weeks ago. I thought it might take a week for the pharmacist to fill the prescription, it took 6 weeks. I kept calling about my prescription and I kept getting excuses. All I got was someone would call me back. I had to keep calling. When I called back, which was often, it was always an excuse. The worse part to me was my lost prescription was not a big deal to them. Reagan pharmacy made me feel like I was a burden to them because I kept calling about my prescription.

I called so many local pharmacies trying to find a nebulizer for my daughter, and none had any, but one of them suggested Reagan Home Care Pharmacy and I'm glad they did! They had what I needed and were very over the phone and in person during my purchase! I definitely would recommend this pharmacy to family and friends and would visit again.

I give up They told me they had the same prescription but in a different dose available but not the dose my brother had written out for him. I went back to the doctor to get it prescribed again just to come back to this place with the dose they had “available”. I immediately came back and they said they didn’t have it anymore and that the package will arrive on Tuesday with the meds. I came back everyday of this week and everyday they told me it’s coming it’s coming.. today (Thursday) they just said they can’t even get an order in at the moment. So much miscommunication I ran back and forth so many times I live in Atlanta they really let me down I’m done trying to get them anywhere atp no one even helps

Please think before using this provider for needed equipment, my mother was in dire need if a shower bench with a sliding seat and after a very detailed description of exactly what was needed she was told they had the right one.She sent some to one to pick it up and once it was at her home it was not the correct equipment. My brother took it back the next day completely unused and was treated very rudely and told they would not take it back.I would not recommend this type of service for anyone. I am truly disappointed that a medical equipment supplier would do this type of service. I gave them 2 stars only because they did have the equipment in stock ,but in this instance provided an incorrect piece of equipment. When someone is facing medical problems there is no excuse for any health care provider to be rude to the patient or anyone trying to assist the patient.

Private owned. They are very fast so stay while they are filling your prescriptions. They also provide home health equipment such as hospital beds and oxygen machines. Very nice people.

Great Pharmacist and Pharmacy. Service is friendly and all employees nice and considerate. Also good selection of other shopable items at good prices.

Person that spoke to my sister and I about a walker was rude and short on answers. I will not be going back!

Well they lie to the patient, double charge, and are Soo rude to everyone (especially the girl named Treasure). Every time we go we have to count our medicine before leaving since the bottles are almost always missing some. Don't use this place there are much better, and more honest pharmacies out there.

I needed something very quickly today and was not nearby and none of the other nearby pharmacies were showing it available for pickup. They took my payment over the phone and had it ready for us to pick up within minutes. It was a pulse oximeter and I was wanting my husband to put it on our little girl while waiting for her doctor appointment. Her reading was low enough that she went to ER right then. Im so glad Reagin could help us so quickly.
