Tiffany, Zykira and every other pharmacy staff member go above and beyond to make sure i have what i need and all of my questions are answered regarding my prescriptions. The amount of volume/people that come and go on a daily basis at 900 Assembly St is unreal and they still function and provide quality service above and beyond any other CVS I’ve been in. Teamwork at its best!

After my son was discharged from the hospital I went to this CVS to pickup 3 prescriptions. When I arrive, I wait patiently for someone to acknowledge me and then help me. I'm handed ONE RX and told the other is out of stock. I pay for the ONE and go wait in line 20+ minutes for Zykira to help me while she clearly had rather be doing something else. She eventually locates the RX at another store and there was clearly a comment made between the two when I said I need it now, so I'll go straight there. After all that I realized there was a THIRD RX but the first person didn't offer it. I contacted the doctor thinking it wasn't called in. It was called in but not offered because it's not covered by insurance. That was MY choice and of course I would pay $12 for the medication most needed. The nurse at the doctor told me it's common for CVS to "misplace prescriptions". My time is valuable and if I performed my job this way, I'd be fired. On another note, your CVS in Target on Monticello in Williamsburg VA is worse.

The staff was very helpful and patient through a very difficult time for me. I appreciate the time taken for consultation about new Rx, too. They usually have all meds in stock, and if not they get them in quickly. Karley was especially helpful.

Additionally, a notable convenience was the presence of a USAA ATM within the store, making it even more convenient for banking needs. Overall, I highly recommend this CVS for its prime location, friendly service, well-kept facilities, and the added convenience of an in-store ATM.
