CVS pharmacy at 4627 North Main Street, Columbia, SC 29203 the drive through is pretty much closed all the time, I just tested positive for covid and had to go in putting unneccesary people at risk. Yes, I wore a mask. I am also disabled using crutches and had to walk clear to the back of the store. Thank you for the attention to this matter and remedying this situation by paying more, better benefits etc and hiring good people and it’s worth it to them to come to work so we, your customers, have a positive interaction with your company.

I went to pick up meds from the N,Main street store and the meds had been sent to another C.V.S. by my doc. The team member hurriedly found my meds and pulled them back to my location in minutes. I was pleased that it didn't take long to recover the meds. Visit the store if u never have and u want regret it.

drive through took one hour and 30 minutes. they don't answer thier phone. when you fill a script, they tell you it's filled and when you get there it never is. upwards of 10 times this has happend. I don't know how they have jobs here still.

Drive thru is ridiculous. You'll sit there for more than 30 minutes. Sometimes I just go inside. I would have given them a 5 star, but they have got really slow.
