This is the cleanest friendliest CVS in greenwood. They typically have the minute clinic open and they are always stocked with all needs
They lost my ID. I always have to wait for some kind of authorization.. a doctor, the insurer. The app says the script is ready, but its not. The pharmacists have been rude and unhelpful. If it wasnt for my insurance not letting me go anywhere else nearby I wouldnt give them any business. I personally feel they should fire the bulk of their employees and start fresh. Get the rot out.
This is one of the only 24 hour pharmacies around so it's convenient but the drive through always has 4 or more cars in line. They're so busy that it takes forever to fill prescriptions
Best store to find some cheap deals. Definitely recommended if you are on budget. I love their store ambiance over Walgreens.
I use your drive-through often to pick up medications, and your employees are always so patient, kind, and helpful. Thank you for making customer service standards high in the pharmacy department.
They were very busy outside. They were busy inside. I patiently waited my turn only to be treated as if I was inconveniencing her. I was blamed for not picking up my prescriptions timely when they were prescribed while I was out of the country. The time expired on the day my plane arrived, which I arrived after 9 PM, After being on a plane for 12 hours.I'm tired I just wanna go home. There was no compassion, empathy, understanding, respectful communication. I was made to fill like I was inconveniencing her because she had to refill my prescription, which she said would take over an hour to fill. With has prices as high as they are, it should have been filled immediately to help with the expense. This is why I don't like CVS, horrible customer service, but I'm forced to use by my insurance company.
I go to CVS for three years now there is always a huge nature line in the drive-through huge but I don’t mind waiting in line with my car turned off. I have my phone to keep me occupied. I had the right to stay or go work and they’re always nice. I never had one problem, getting sick too many people and CVS is getting more busier and it’s nobody’s fault. They are working really hard to give you your medication. Just be patient because everybody is sick.
The CVS on Smith Valley Road in Greenwood is very slow. I waited in the drive-through for over 30 minutes and once I got to the drive-through window they closed it so then I went inside waited another 35 minutes in line to get my prescriptions. If I didn’t need them that day, I would’ve left and came back, but I needed it so I stayed to get them. It doesn’t matter what day or what time you go to the CVS they are always backed up no matter what even if they have enough people to work. So, if you go here to get your prescriptions, just plan on waiting for an hour to two hours before you can get it, and that’s only if they have it they are always out of stock of everything.
The people working at the pharmacy give me the impression that they are miserable at work. It takes longer than the promised time to fill a prescription. They fail to fill prescriptions unless you come in first to verify that you really want the prescription. I don't know if it is the workers or the company that is causing this pharmacy to not reliably fill a prescription without multiple trips to the location. Shop for a different pharmacy if you have any other options.
The CVS Associate went above and beyond to help me. This associate serves with compassion, respect, excellence, integrity and diversity. He is a model for the high quality service that CVS promotes and provides. Thank you. Ellen H.
Slow, Unresponsive, and underqualified. If you have a life-saving medication you need - you might die waiting. LBS I received 3 VM over two days saying my prescription was ready, only to go in …
Worst pharmacy in town, avoid at all costs. I stood in line, only person in line, in the store for 15 minutes and wasn't acknowledged. They prioritize the drive up instead.
Last person in line before their lunch, and while I pulled up they closed the window and tossed their lunch break sign up.
Automated telephone says my script will be ready in 2hrs, but when i arrive, it's not ready and won't be ready for 3 more days! Ridiculous! I have ready fill for all my scripts & i still have to call my refills in every time. Also, wait …
Quick and courtesy staff though our the store😊💯👍 …
Tried to get these antibiotics flavored for a little one so called over the phone to see if they can get it done. They filled it, great, but the point was to get it flavored. When I got there, they told me the flavoring doesn’t work and has …
Always have really good nice and wonderful people
Asked if the RX might be cheaper with GoodRx. Was told no. I checked after Si got my prescription and found it would have been over a $3 savings. I only use CVS because of insurance. Would prefer another pharmacy if was t insurance driven. Highly do not recommend CVS pharmacy.
Worst customer service ever. Rude and not helpful.
Customer service in the pharmacy line is more than a little inept.
