Thoroughly disappointed in this pharmacy based on my two interactions with an employee, Timothy on the evening of July 11th and morning of July 12th. He was rude, condescending, and started lecturing me about our insurance choice (or lack thereof). We shouldn’t have to explain our financial status and insurance preferences when picking up doctor prescribed medication. Having just been released from the ER, I stopped by to pick up new antibiotics for pneumonia that was worsening. He brushed me off like I was an idiot for trying to pick up a prescription 15 minutes before they closed (the ER sent me over). Then he was surly and disrespectful saying that this medication was going to cost “well over $100” just for the antibiotics, waving his arm around, indicating like I was an idiot again for not having insurance. He closed the door in my face. I had to call in several times this morning to see if the prescriptions were filled and to make sure the lack of insurance wasn’t causing a delay. After talking with a few other workers, we got everything squared away and I could pick up my prescription. At the window was Timothy, again. When I asked him why it was so cheap and to make sure we didn’t miss the antibiotics, he was immensely more “polite” this time and saying how the employees try to save people money. Again, it came off as condescending. I don’t think I should have to share my medical preferences - it should be sufficient to say “I will pay out of pocket”. We pay significantly less in a year on medical than what we would pay to insurance and we can afford to pay for all of this out of pocket. This is our choice, please don’t treat us with distain for doing what makes sense for our family and our finances.
CVS is very kind and nice to me and it is convenient if you're out of state to be able to get a prescription transfer
Great staff! It's amazing the speed, accuracy and friendliness that they work at.
The pharmacist was very helpful in getting a prescription resent from our doctor's office so that it was available when we needed it today.
I'm always greeted in a friendly manner. I always receive excellent service. The staff is friendly and helpful.
They don’t want to fill up my pain meds it usually takes a week or more to to get it done
Everyone there is so nice, helpful and wonderful. Was refreshing for someone to hear an issue and help resolve it even though it was not their error.
For profit medicine is unethical. As with all other drug stores, CVS is worried about cutting corners and pinching pennies. They are only worried about your health insofar as it is profitable.
Best pharmacy in Lebanon. Best prices, best employees and really work hard for us. Proud to be their customer for decades.
Pharmacy didn’t order my medication and when I called to inquire, they lied and told me it was pending insurance approval but their website confirmed it had already been approved by insurance.
