Great pharmacy! The staff is always nice regardless of the medication you pick up and i know thats not always the case!

I cannot believe a Hospital Pharmacy would be so rude they do not try to help they just try to put you off on someone else if they don't want their jobs they need to give it to somebody who does

Rude staff and uncaring unhelpful. Made me wait. Without acknowledging me. The blonde haired yt pharmacist rude. The black female clerk rude. I’ll never go back

This is a great pharmacy in a lot of ways, especially if you're at Methodist often. However, I realized the cost of prescriptions is lower at other pharmacies and had to switch. They also don't accept GoodRX.

I have had nothing less than exceptional service from IU Methodist Retail Pharmacy. They are my preferred provider for any and all of my medical script needs. They are friendly, easy to work with, prompt with service and always answer my questions. This is my preferred Pharmacy!

Excellent customer service!! Very responsive. I typically get my scripts mailed so I don't have to come in. One script got behind and I was not going to receive my mail in time, so the pharmacy arranged to have them delivered to my office by courier the same day!!!

Quick and kind service. They also have a 15 min free pharmacy only parking (which is very convenient)

Fast and easy pick up or if you discharge from methodist hospital early enough they will deliver your meds to the room.
