Needler's Fresh Market Pharmacy

We only recently found out about how wonderful the staff is at Needler's Pharmacy after unhappily dealing with CVS for years and were super pleasantly surprised. They are always super friendly, actually refill your prescriptions when they need to be filled, order out of stock prescriptions ahead of time to remain timely on refills, send texts when your prescription is ready and you can actually TALK to a pharmacist when you call. Most of the time, they even remember me! ALL things you'd expect from any pharmacy, but unfortunately, that is not the case with 99% of other pharmacies. We just recently moved to Bloomington and will no longer be using Needler's Pharmacy due to distance and it has almost made me regret the move. Thinking about having to deal with CVS again makes me want to cry a little bit. We will miss you Needler's! Never stop being awesome and treating people like people.

The absolute best pharmacy in Downtown Indy. They always recognize me & remember my name, makes a person feel worthwhile. Always super nice & friendly. Very knowledgeable. Just the best all around. You couldn't pay me to use a different pharmacy!

Great pharmacy and wonderful staff. From day one the staff's expertise, kindness, and proactive approach has been amazing. I never realized the impact that having a good pharmacy could have; it is now just as important as my doctors. Professional recommendations, expert advice, and transparent communication show their genuine care for their customers.

This is the best pharmacy in downtown Indianapolis, without a doubt!!! Denise and the staff are very professional and the service has always been outstanding. Yesterday was a good example. I picked up prescriptions, had a short consult, filled out paperwork and got my Covid booster shot, all in less than 10 minutes. Outstanding!

Pharmacy staff are always friendly and helpful. More often than not they will recognize me without me even needing to identify myself. My visits are always as painless as possible.

The pharmacy staff here are absolutely the nicest people you will ever meet. They are quick to fill and keep you in the loop, and are so kind and patient. Love coming here for my prescriptions!

I wish I could leave them a 10 star review. If you’ve been fed up with chain pharmacies for too long, Needler’s is the answer to your prayers. At times, my scripts are filled before I even get home from my appointment! The first time I sent my scripts here, I called to ask a few questions and they were very helpful. In fact, that evening Denise called me to let me know their hours to ensure that I could come in to get what I needed before they closed. I have excellent experiences with Needlers and can get my medicine WAY quicker than any drive thru chain pharmacy.

I cannot begin to explain how wonderful this group of ladies are. Denise and her crew have always been so helpful and thorough and they go above and beyond when providing instructions and are truly enveloped in the community they serve. I would never again think about using another pharmacy or Market. They truly comfort their customers and make them feel safe and cared for. Thank you Needlers Pharmacy and Market.

The pharmacist Denise (hope I'm spelling it right) was fantastic and amazing. She helped me a lot the few times I have picked up prescriptions there. Recently I only called the pharmacy to ask about something generic, to see if they carry it OTC, and she went above and beyond with helping me with the topical medication. Later on, when she found out it was not safe to be used on my baby, she even made it a point to call me back to tell me. I really appreciated her great customer service, and I wish all pharmacists from the other main ones (e.g. CVS, Walgreens, etc) also provide such care and service to their customers. Do NOT go here for your hrt. One of the pharmacists refuses to fill your prescriptions and it is always extremely inconvenient. I recommend the Walgreens on Mass Ave. Shoutout to the rest of the staff though, they are always nice and accommodating
