They didn’t take my insurance, so I paid cash, which wasn’t a problem. The problem that I had was the young pregnant lady that followed me around the store. I was just browsing and every step I made, she was right there. It reminded me of years gone by.

You better check to confirm they accept your insurance. Pharmacist was so stinking rude! My husband is having surgery today & the prescriptions were called in here. When I came to get them, I’m told Marty’s doesn’t have a contract with BlueCross of Texas. I’ve been to probably every other pharmacy around and never had an issue or even heard of such a thing being a problem at a pharmacy. I asked the lady at the register (who was actually very sweet) to speak with the pharmacist because I just had questions about that. When she went to tell the pharmacist, the pharmacist LOUDLY said “I mean we’re not on contract with that company! I don’t know what else to tell her!”. I was not attempting to be argumentative. I simply had questions about it, and she responded in a very rude inappropriate manner. Could not even be bothered to give me a moment of her time.

These people are so nice and accommodating. They were the ONLY PHARMACY within 60 miles that could compound meds when I needed a "Magic Mouthwash" for post dental pain. They even called to follow up.

I can speak from the perspective of both a patient and a prescriber when I say I am thoroughly impressed with and loyal to Marty’s. Unlike chain pharmacies, Marty’s will actually answer when you call them. I’ve told many patients friends and colleagues to give Marty’s their business. They also deliver for a reasonable fee.

Staff are very friendly and helping. However, the price for prescription medicines were more than double compared to the price I got from CVS Pharmacy. I was surprised to notice this significant difference in prices and we do not go to Marty anymore now.

Lost my daughter's prescriptions several times, called to check on prescriptions said they would be ready in an hour. Two and a half hours later we were still waiting. Can hardly believe some of these good reviews. Not my experience at all.

Friendly staff. Theyare a compounding pharmacy. I've not used them for that. However I do use them for certain prescription drugs that the big chain pharmacies won't order.

Interesting thing... I called to give an employee my card information, so the prescription could be mailed to me. A few hours later, a different employee calls and asks for my payment information. I told her I'd already given it to an employee. I was transferred around a few times, but they never figured it out. So, I'm transferring my prescriptions, seeing as how I don't want my financial information tossed around anywhere.

I only rated one because no lower rating available. Hard to deal with, no one ever knows what is going on with your prescriptions or why you got a text about your prescriptions. Showed up several times after text received to pick up and no prescriptions ready. It has now been a week and a half trying to get them to send ALL prescriptions over to the new pharmacy. And they wonder why you’re switching services. POOR customer service. I could go on and on with problems I have had in the 4 short months we have used them.
