This pharmacy is consistently friendly, helpful, and informative . i’m not sure what her name is, but there is a woman with an Indian accent who answers the phone almost every time I call and she is always on top of her game. I always hope that I end up with her on the line. She’s great. This company should be giving her a raise because of the way she treats patients and knows how to navigate everything.
Walmart pharmacy is awesome. A particular medication was hard to find, then nurses told me to try Walmart. When I did call, there was no issue. Came right away. Very nice staff also. Highly recommend . I also saved a few in y copay!
Picked up my prescription today and Kathy at the pharmacy register was very rude to me and also with an elderly gentleman trying to ask a question about where an item was located. She was an older woman herself and should at least had proper courtesy to him. Her lack of proper customer service has made me no longer want to use this pharmacy. Back to CVS I go....Thanks Kathy
Tim, the pharmacist, is an absolute gem. From helping to transfer a prescription from another big name pharmacy, to working with insurance and picking it up, he was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
BUYER BEWARE: My name is Micah Hemani. I am a board certified urologist. I practice in this community and prescribe regularly to local pharmacies. Yesterday, I received an inquiry from a pharmacist at this location asking that I change a prescription that I sent from the cheapest generic version available to a much more expensive brand name drug. When i called to inquire why, the pharmacist refused to dispense the drug that I requested even though he acknowledged that the only difference between what I wanted filled and what he would agree to fill was the cost of the drug to the patient. Mind you, we are talking about the difference between $1-2 per pill vs $20-$50+ per pill. This is an example of so called healthcare providers price gauging patients under the guise of providing patient care. It's an absolute disgrace and I urge everyone to fill your drugs elsewhere. Unless Walmart provides a satisfactory response to this review in the next 48 hrs, I will be submitting an incident report to the Board of Registration in Pharmacy and the Mass consumer protection agency.
They always have what I need at a inexpensive price
Everyone there are very nice and respectful
Always a great experience. A helpful.
