Great customer service. Friendly staff. Little or no wait time to get prescription s filled.

Started using Broadneck over 30 years ago when Bud was in charge. His son Marcus learned from him about customer service and has expanded on it since then using technology as it became available. Prescription refills? There's an app for that! You never have to call your doctor for a refill if you have none remaining, Broadneck will do that. The OTC products are there with help from the staff to find it if necessary. They will order it if not there. The staff is very friendly and customer-oriented. I highly recommend Broadneck Pharmacy.

Great little pharmacy. Total home town feel. Family owned and operated. Everyone is super nice and welcoming there. And it has the added bonus of having a pretty decent selection of a little bit of a lot of different things...OTC, medical supplies, candy bars, you name it. The only downside is the hours. They close at 6 or 7 each night and 1 on Saturdays and aren't open on Sundays but I actually think that's a good thing. Everybody needs time off. Family is important. Check this place out. You won't regret it.

Great small pharmacy. I have never had such above and beyond great service. The pharmacist special ordered a particular brand of a drug when CVS switched me to a brand I could not tolerate. They did a good job keeping stocked with drugs that were impossible to find in uncertain times. I am very glad I found them, I drive 30 mins because they are that good!

What a difference a great and friendly staff make. From the time you walk in your greeted with a smile and your prescription is ready lightening fast !! You get a notification by text that it is ready within one day !! I will never use another pharmacy. A1 service !!

I switched to Broadneck Pharmacy about a year and a half ago because I kept having issues with the pharmacy I was using. Broadneck has been wonderful. They fill my prescriptions correctly and quickly. If any issues arise, they call me (I think there's only been one issue) and I hardly ever have to wait in line. When I was prescribed an antibiotic, the pharmacist called me over to recommend that I take a probiotic and suggest a popular one they sell (I've never needed one before, but I absolutely did with this antibiotic, so I felt like he was knowledgable and not just trying to upsell me). I've also asked the pharmacist about OTC stuff and he's been helpful. And they somehow get refill orders from my doctors quicker than any other pharmacy I've used. It used to take a few days, but now I can submit a request after they close and my prescription is usually ready by lunchtime the next day! My only complaint is that I didn't use them sooner!

The best Pharmacy in the history of pharmacies. You never have to wait more than 8 - 10 minutes for your prescription when just walking in the door. You can't do that at the big box pharmacies. You know why? They don't care. Here they care. Give them a try, you won't look back.

Friendly, courteous service. You can register online and request refills if they have your prescription on file. You will get an email when your prescription is ready. Very convenient. They accept many insurance drug programs. They are open on Saturdays until 1PM.

I drive from Crownsville to go to this pharmacy, so that should tell you everything you need to know. I have had a few instances where I’ve had questions and needed something specialized - they are always so helpful and happy to answer and explain everything. And they are fast! Try getting all of that from a CVS or Walgreens - not going to happen!

Love this pharmacy! Family owned and run. Above and beyond excellent service. I go out of my way to be able to go there. Their the best!
