In to pick up a prescription. All went well. No complaints. In and out in a manner of minutes. Everyone was pleasant. Will be scheduling flu vaccine shortly.

Accommodating, Hardworking, and Fast I visited the pharmacy today after my mom’s urgent care visit. The drive-thru line was extremely long, and the line inside was even longer. While waiting with my mom, I decided to check at the consultation window to confirm that her medications had been called in—I didn’t want to wait in line only to find out they weren’t ready. The pharmacist looked up the information and reassured me, saying, “They did call it in. I’ll expedite it so it’s ready by the time it’s your turn.” And she did just that! I truly appreciate her for going the extra mile and saving me from having to make another trip. Yes, the wait was long, but it was clear that everyone was working as quickly as possible. This is a busy season with so many people sick, and we have to remember that pharmacies are likely dealing with high demand, overworked teams, and possible understaffing. Thank you, CVS Pharmacy on Connecticut Ave., for your hard work and dedication during this hectic time!

A 24 HOUR STORE, the door is locked. Per staff, “we’re closed, we have a lot of work to do. A lot of inventory.” But you are a 24 HOUR STORE. That doesn’t change per your work load. Nor does it say on the website - as he (staff) stated, that the STORE was closed. The only thing noted to be closed at this time, is the pharmacy, which is separate from the STORE.

The pharmacy is so slow to wait on customers. I waited in line for over 20 minutes. The cashiers were oblivious to the amount of people in line. This is not the first time. I will be taking my prescription refills elsewhere.

The store was well-stocked and extremely neat and clean. Staff was courteous and friendly. The Store manager always greets me by name and asks how I am doing. Sokie wished me a Happy Father’s Day

The staff is amazing at this CVS location on CT Ave. This location is located in a very convenient area. The store is always clean and neat. Very easy to find products. Love the signs hanging from the ceiling with product descriptions for easy location. I like that you can receive flu shots and vaccines at this location. Like the alerts to my phone when my medication is due or ready for pick up. I also enjoy the sales such as buy 1 get one free or 50% off. My favorite is receiving 30% coupons in the mail and CVS rewards. I wish there was an alert on my phone advising me my coupon is expiring soon. Otherwise I enjoy visiting this CVS overall.

CVS Willard Avenue - Norwalk. Completely non-sypathetic to needs of patients - 2 of whom had medicine in teh bin and needed efore they eft the area. Medicine was there - but they ( 4 of tehm) saud no, there were technical problems and they were told to close - so in ohter words - screw you. The medications for both of us were right behind them. RIGHT BEHIND THEM

only 1 person handling a long line of patrons. Once all the people were serviced, my experience was fine. I can never get my half hour wait back... Not happy!!

Went for Covid testing. Horrible signage directing cars to the wrong place, nobody picking up the phone, took 30 mins to get it done instead of the 5 that it should have. And just showing id isn't enough - make sure you have your confirmation number handy as well. It's as if they really didn't want to do these. Avoid if you can!

TERRIBLE service at the pharmacy. Yesterday we went to pick up some medicine, and they only had one ready. They said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Today we went to pick up the medicine, and they told us again that it would be ready in 15 …
