Never going back there. After having a reaction to the medication I was prescribed, they ordered me a different generic last time and I was good. This month the newer woman manager wouldn’t even explore any other possibilities or other pharmacies that had any alternatives to my medication. Only trying to give me the medication I had an issue with. DO YOUR JOB!

Checking in for vaccine appt is a waste of time if people can be added for service and get serviced before someone with an appt

The pharmacist was extremely, patient and empathetic with my dilemma. He was able to come up with a resolution, and I was able to recieve the medications that I needed at a lower rate. I really appreciated his willingness to help and resolve the problem.

Although I like CVS and normally would rate it four stars, but as of recently, the staff that I have encountered at the location on Whalley Ave lack customer service skills. They do not greet customers, they do not smile, they are not friendly, they do not appear as if they want to be there, nor do they show an interest in helping the customer. Some of them do not even say, thank you.

1. Needs shopping baskets 2. Needs to unlock consumer goods. What a pain that is. 3. pharmacists & staff are good, generally.

Pharmacists are not helpful, and it takes a ridiculously long time to pick up prescriptions. The people who mind the registers are generally nice, but unfortunately, in this location, many things are locked up behind plexiglass. Don't care for this cvs at all!

This CVS is outstanding. Patrick, the pharmacist, is outstanding.

Don't go here to get a script filled. Lazy techs that will brush you off within seconds. Did not want to fill my script because it was a mix of 2 different meds. Called doc and gave them all needed information. Tech told me my script would cost more money than over the counter variant just so that they didn't have to fill script for me. Went somewhere else and got it done asap. Lazy and unprofessional. Barely gave me time even tho they got the information that they needed

Everything is locked up now. This makes it difficult for someone who needs to look at labels, among other things , to shop.
