I'm usually so happy with this pharmacy! But this morning I called to discuss a prescription we needed refilled, and the girl I spoke with was very rude. She interrupted me mid sentence when I was trying to tell her the situation. She could have been busy, but it's still upsetting!

After a horrific experience with Hyvee Pharmacy, I called Sterling and they got all of my medications switched to them in ONE DAY vs the 3 weeks and 4-5 calls I had to make to hyvee. Not only by providing my medications but going out of their way to call my doctor so I didn’t have to do everything all over again. Customer service is top notch, everyone has been really friendly, and I appreciate that you get a call when your script is ready.

The people who work there are very smart. When I need something done right, I go to Sterling. The prices are a little better elsewhere, so on certain things not covered by insurance I will either try to get a price match, or go elsewhere. I wish they took GoodRx, because that would mean I wouldn't have to go anywhere else

Never have prescriptions ready make it inconvenient for a drive thru to be continuously told to go around the building again to let the next car through or to come back. Then to be told they don’t have what you need and to come back tomorrow when you live an hr away… 3 times I’m done I’ll be going elsewhere!!!
