Carroll Drug Store

Was so excited to try this pharmacy as they have delivery and I’ve heard great things. Unfortunately the male pharmacist bad customer service skills and was frankly came off rude on the phone both time I spoke with him. There were unclear delivery times, but it’s understandable and the woman pharmacist was able to easily clear up confusion. Everyone else was really friendly and wonderful to talk to, I’m just disappointed the man’s awful attitude.

The staff is always willing to help answer questions and get the product you need. Tourists often come back multiple times a week for items and medicine. Weekend hours in the summer can be tricky for the pharmacy, since it's 9am-1pm Saturday, closed Sundays, but with the proper communication arrangements can be made to pick up your Rx.

Loved it!!! I would give it a 5 but the lady who waited on me was cold stone face. , same lady waiting on me twice, maybe she was having a bad day

Dependable pharmacy with everything you might need in a pinch. Nice people, good service, dependable hours.

I live close by, so this location is convenient. However, even if I had to travel further I would still highly recommend this as the best place anywhere in the area. The crew is always very kind and friendly and the folks who help me actually remember my name and treat me with respect and appreciation like a long time friend. I honestly can't say enough positive things about this team besides that if you were to have any medicine, gift, toiletry or incidental needs, you would really be doing yourself a favor by going here.

I love this store! It has 1 of everything you might need! The cute gifts can be great gifts to self and/or others!! Friendly staff and a store that never disappoints! Pharmacy is helpful and knowledgeable! I wish we had this store in Portland area!!

Injured my foot/ankle, and was able to get a variety of braces and hot/cold packs in addition to a few impulse purchases I simply couldn’t resist. Very helpful staff/ management. Plus they serve the Cranberry Isles, shipping meds over for a nominal fee whenever needed. Kudos and big thanks, Carroll’s!

Quaint little drug store with plenty of extras. Books, gifts, locally made items, and much more. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for any pharmacy needs and more!
