The staff is always helpful and pleasant. They go above and beyond to help make the process of getting our medications as easy as possible.

John's Pharmacy Poplar Bluff have incredible staff, they are always so helpful and informative and answer all of our questions or concerns we have about medication. So much better than the "big box chains" John's PB truly care about their customers.

Steadily went down hill after the buyout. Two months ago they misplaced a medication, last month they short changed me with the same medication and misplaced another medication. Today it took over 30 minutes to get a prescription of 16 pills. After being a loyal customer for several years, it abruptly ended! Not the type of service I came to trust, also a huge change in staff in a short time didn’t help matters. Buyouts and mergers aren’t always a good thing! Use them as an example! Good riddance!

Over charged us an then treated us very rude. Stating that the price paid prior 2 months “somebody must of charged u wrong” this very hateful remark came straight from pharmacist mouth. Very rude very unprofessional an just an all around unpleasant visit. I will not be doing any further business with this place. To many pharmacies that will be happy for my business as well as my family friends an co-workers. I’m gonna make it my focus to let my people know how horribly I was treated.

This place has been a life saver for me and my family. We have been without insurance for over a year now and the prices for our medications were ridiculous. I walked in one day almost in tears and explained my problem and they went above and beyond to help me. We have FOUND our new pharmacy! ❤️

Unprofessional pharmacist would not recommend this business.. Lost all respect for patients after buyout... We have transferred all scripts down the street.
