Top Notch Family Pharmacy

This was my first visit to Top Notch Pharmacy. I found the store to be charming, clean, inviting and well-stocked. The pharmacy staff was quite cordial. I was third in line when I arrived to pick up the prescription and was walking back out of the door in less than 10 minutes. I will certainly visit Top Notch Pharmacy no again in the future.

I appreciate that we have a compounding pharmacy - but.... it's difficult to get pharmacy staff on the phone, they always have 'heavy call volume'. My doctor called in my prescription a week ago. I followed up later that day to approve it. The staff didn't know about the new prescription having not checked their messages. The woman said she'd check the messages for the prescription. Five days later, no word that it's ready, I followed up and left yet another message. I hear back the next day that 'they're working on it now' it will be ready in two days. Very frustrating.

This is the best pharmacy in town! They are helpful and friendly 100% of the time. In addition, they are efficient and return a phone call promptly if you ever have to leave a message on voicemail.

They're fairly helpful. Once you become a regular client, most of the folks are pleasant. Every once in a while, attitude shows from one customer service rep. Don't remember her name.

I love the convenient, local business part. And the delivery, yes. But also and more importantly, so helpful and kind! I am grateful Top Notch is here.

Always professional, and easy to work with, an extremely nice staff that always know my name, and always greet me nicely!

Strange atmosphere. Extremely cramped store. As a non-yuppie I felt very out of place. If not for they are the only pharmacy in Charlottesville that offers medication compounding. I would never go again. I do not look forward to going back next month. Also parking is terrible. Hopefully you drive a Ford Fiesta.

The best pharmacy in Charlottesville! Everyone that works at Top Notch is so kind and compassionate; they even remember your name. Top Notch is the outlier in the horrible pharmacy industry. The delivery option is super convenient as well. I'll never use another pharmacy in cville other than Top Notch

Absolute best pharmacy in Charlottesville. After 2 *extremely* frustrating years with the CVS on Seminole, I started going to Top Notch and it was like night and day. My prescriptions were filled on time without hassle, the workers were so kind, and they were very responsive when I would call. I can't emphasize what a difference it made - I used to literally get anxious every time it got close to refill time because of what I went through at CVS. My insurance would only give me 90 day supplies if I went through CVS - not Top Notch - but I didn't even care, it was more than worth driving all the way across town every couple weeks just to fill my prescriptions without incident.

My mother needed a shingles vaccine. She uses a walker and it’s sometimes hard for her to get around. After filling out the paperwork for her the pharmacist was nice and came out to my car to give her the vaccine. The staff there is so nice.
