Lake Regional Pharmacy

Jake must have a personal vendetta against me. He digs into my refill history and even went as far as to call my pulmonologist because I was refilling my rescue inhaler too much. I never have any trouble with any of the other pharmacists.

A lady at my pharmacy refused to call my doctor's to double check my dosage was accurate. She was unfriendly and did not seem to care if I was getting the correct meds and dosages the doc wanted me to have. So I called Lake Regional Pharmacy/ Eldon. The pharmacist was amazing. He had no problem taking time to call my doc to make sure I was getting the correct medicines and the correct dosages. So I transferred all my prescriptions to Lake Regional Pharmacy/ Eldon. I was happy to learn that they had no problem syncing my prescriptions so they will always be ready on the same day. That saves me trips to the pharmacy. They have a drive thru window and that's something I can really appreciate. Another perk I discovered is they offer 90 day supplies. A friend told me they will mail them to your home so that's a plus. But my favorite thing about my new pharmacy is that they actually deliver right to your door. I could have used such a service many, many times over the years. And now I can request it any time i need to. All I can say is 💙💙💙! And did I mention how awesome I think the staff is? I've only interacted with the gentleman who hel that day and a woman at the drive thru, but both were helpful and friendly. I won't be going back to my old pharmacy.

I would give this pharmacy 10 stars if allowed. These people are so awesome prescriptions. So helpful and friendly in person and on the phone. We will never change pharmacies unless we have to move!

The staff is very helpful, kind and patiently answer all my questions. I can even order vitamins at a little less cost. They offer drive thru, free delivery and mail. I'm amazed by their long hours; open seven days a week. Thank you Jason, Whitney, Lynn and ???

They're always willing to work with me and help me out with my doctors and go the extra mile I mean I've never ever been to a pharmacy that goes over the top like this pharmacy does girl that works thanks to Lori and John I now have trulicity to last for another couple years they're awesome I will never go to another pharmacy

I really like this Pharmacy they're always very helpful all of the employees that I've talked to you have been very helpful they helped me every month I like them a lot better than any of the other pharmacies I've tried you're very friendly not willing to answer questions no matter what stupid the question might be still all right there to answer
