Saver Express Pharmacy is truly the best in the business! They provide exceptional service with a warm, family feel that makes every interaction seamless and personal. Our hospice team relies on them daily, and they always go above and beyond to meet our needs with speed, accuracy, and compassion. We’re incredibly thankful for their partnership and can’t imagine doing what we do without their support. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a terrible experience with Saver Express today. Previously, we had been satisfied with their service. However, the staff was recently rude and unapologetic for their mistakes. They initially ordered the wrong dosage of medicine for my husband, and despite promising to correct it, they ultimately failed to do so. Additionally, they charged our insurance for the incorrect dosage. When we tried to address the issue, Gaston accused us of lying and gave us a very nasty attitude. I informed them that we would leave a negative review and find a new pharmacy, to which they responded that they do not accept reviews.

The owner is wonderful met him when they opened, but unfortunately the pharmacy techs are the absolute worst of any pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Started with Refusing to accept my insurance because they supposedly only carry generic brands charged me full price over $150 but the med was out of stock at my normal pharmacy, argued and talked down to me, making rude comments under her breath to other employee, shockingly rude and very sad considering this is a small business. As a small business owner myself I know how vital it is to have good representation. Very disappointed and will not return or recommend.

This pharmacy is personable, fast, & proactive. The shop is clean and filled with smart gifts and happy items to purchase for fun. If you like loaded teas or milkshakes - partake while you wait!

Usually great. The pharmacists that work their are amazing and extremely helpful. In the past the entire staff has always been helpful to be honest. I called today on Monday at 5:55 to get a refill and the woman on the phone scarfed at me because I did not remember the name of my script or the number. She was annoyed to have to help my by looking it up. I used a couple choose worlds and told her forget about it I’ll call the doctor and have it sent elsewhere. Not good when one person ruins a good team. 4 stars for everyone else. Negative one for her. It sucks when your pharmacy makes you feel like you are a thorn in their side.

I think this is a beautiful pharmacy. There is a lot to do as you wait for your medication. During my initial visit the supervisor was onsite and very friendly, as was the staff. However, as I continued to get my medication the staff seem less friendly. One morning upon the pharmacy opening up, I entered and literally waited for about 10 minutes while 2 employees talked (one African American and one Caucasian or Asian?). One of the ladies bellowed out, "Someone will be right with you" and continued conversing with her coworker. As such, I went and sat down at the Ice Cream / Game Counter for about 7 -10 min. Approximately 7-10 minutes later an older Caucasian man walked in and immediately the two stop talking and one said, "Good morning sir how can I help you?" I guess the look on my face stunned the other employee because she immediately asked me "Are you being helped?" I wanted to say, "I have been sitting here for approximately 10 minutes, even though I was the first and only one here this morning up until this point. You know good and well I'm not being helped." Needless to say, I've moved so I no longer get my prescriptions filled here. Nonetheless, I still think it is a great pharmacy and just hope it was one of those mornings and not a daily occurrence with customers. I also hope they bring back the friendly service I once experienced for current and future customers..

This pharmacy took me back to my younger days. The environment gives you that southern welcome feeling. The two scoop rootbeer float with that old school vanilla Ice cream tops the visit off. The pharmacist made sure I understood my medication instructions and the do’s and don’t of the medicine. I just love the store and the service provided!👍🏼👍🏼

There isn’t a better pharmacy on earth! The staff here goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of. I feel very fortunate to have saver express as my hometown pharmacy!
