Walmart Pharmacy

Apparently they close at 7 on Friday’s now. They need to update their store hours. I needed my meds and they didn’t have it in the my doctor called it in and the pharmacy tech said he’d have to order it and it’ll be in the next day after 3. My mom got off and went to pick it up at 7:15 and they were closed. She had to ask an associate what time they closed and they replied 7, so of course I checked online because they have been closing at 8 during the week. My mom showed them the online hours and asked her if that was there location and politely told them that they could check online to confirm. They argued with her and told her it’s a sign in the pharmacy that says 7, but my question still remained, when did you start closing at 8 and why haven’t you updated your online time. I have every intention of picking the meds up the day they were called in yet they weren’t in stock because according to the tech it wasn’t one they used often so I’ve gone two days in pain with my newborn. Do you close at 8 or now 7 or just whenever you want

Very rude and unprofessional service. They gave me wrong information and accused me of lying about calling in early.
