This pharmacy is hands down the best. Clint, Ryan, & Corey are the best pharmacists in Town! I love all of the staff however. They go out of their way & make you & your family feel genuinely cared about. I’m so happy that they’ve been here since Downtown Pharmacy closed. They’ve been extremely helpful getting meds sorted with switching pharmacies & are always happy to help. It’s so helpful that they deliver. There’s days that I struggle to see from an autoimmune disease, have severe anxiety, or just don’t feel good at all, & the delivery is just another helpful perk. And everyone who delivers are fantastic! I don’t know if they understand how helpful that this is. Whoever delivers, is always kind. It’s also great that they bubble pack their meds upon request for only $1.00 a sheet for peace of mind. I take so many meds a day that this is helpful for me so that I can keep on top of what I actually took. Especially one med in particular that has to be scored & taken every other day. This makes it less confusing. The wait time is impeccable. With Whole Health, I can say that it’s always been this way for years. It’s also nice to go to a pharmacy where the people working there treat you like a human being & are kind. They’re great problem solvers as well & if you have a question they do their best to help even when it’s busy. I’ve actually always gotten answers on my questions regarding my meds & that peace of mind is priceless! I’ve also called plenty of times with questions on meds & they definitely help. I love all of their great products/vitamins, etc. The prices are extremely reasonable. And if they don’t have it- they will order it for you. Can’t say enough! 🤍🤍🤍 Added are images of a cream called Nutra that I discovered there. Let me say how amazing that this cream is! I bought the smallest jar initially to try & it lasted me months. I bought the bigger one when I ran out because I love it so much. That night I had severe leg cramps so I quickly put some on & it took merely a few minutes to make it stop. It is a MSM cream that is fantastic! Worth every penny, is long lasting, & only a small amount needed. I would highly recommend this pharmacy & their team. Never any issues. Always helpful. Quick to pick up inside, or the drive-through, or you have it delivered. You cannot ask for any better pharmacy than Whole Health Pharmacy. There’s a reason why they are 5 stars across the board. I think it’s because of their genuine kindness that draws people in & the rest mentioned above. They’ve helped me for years & have treated me the best out of any pharmacy that I’ve been to. Thank you, Whole Health, for your years of kindness & service to the community of Ellensburg. We are so lucky & I am thankful for your service to my family & myself.

the people at whole health are always incredibly nice and helpful to me. and the service is just top notch and super fast. there’s always a pharmacist ready to answer my questions about any meds i’m unsure of and don’t make me feel dumb about asking, which i greatly appreciate !!

We love this pharmacy. Locally owned, not a corporation. The pharmaceutical team has been there for years - since they're the owners! We love that they know us by name, and they know our medical situation. They always help to the best of their ability when insurance is being difficult or our doctors haven't refilled something. We will never use another pharmacy if they can do it. We do have to use someone else for some diabetic medical equipment but that's also because sometimes our insurance is difficult to work with. It upsets us that we can't just refill everything at WH but it's not the pharmacy's fault. It's the insurance.

Do not call or text when prescription is filled, otherwise it's a good place to pick up meds

They always treat me with kindness and are so helpful! Better than any pharmacy I’ve been to. Plus they gave my dog a dog treat! Never been so happy to make a trip to the pharmacy. In the past I dreaded going to other places as they always acted like it was a nuisance to have customers coming in. This place makes me feel more than welcomed. Thank you for creating a warm and welcoming environment, it makes me feel good coming in.

The staff at Whole Health Pharmacy are different than any other Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The Whole Health Pharmacy staff really CARE about their patients! They are constantly looking for how to better help us, to make our lives better and easier. As someone who is disabled and walk with a walker, it's hard for me to get into the store to get my prescriptions and OTC items. Their drive-up window is great, if I am out. If I can't get out, they deliver my prescriptions and OTC items to my apartment! Such wonderful people work at Whole Health Pharmacy! I recommend this Pharmacy to everyone!!💜

I used Whole Health for the first time today and it was wonderful! Everyone was so kind and thoughtful. We had a small issue with one of my medications, but they were on it. They got everything taken care of for me and I walked out with all my medications. I'm so happy I decided to go with them as a pharmacy! The purple on their bottles are a bonus too ;)
