Ridgeway Mail Order Pharmacy

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My prescription is not active and was canceled by my provider. Ridgeway is still sending it out and charging me for it... no heads up, no reminder and no offer of recourse. Does not feel like a patient/provider relationship.. more like for profit snake oil scam. Just make sure to read all the fine print is all I'm sayin.

I have received prescriptions from this pharmacy for many years. They are very helpful and friendly. Fast shipping and love that I get tracking info by email when my orders ship. They even contact my doctor for more refills when I run out and I don't have an appointment scheduled yet. Highly recommend.

This place is wonderful! It is so great to have mail order prescriptions in a relatively remote area. The staff are so amazing, you can tell they care about their patients instead of just working a job. The pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and every single person is so kind.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this has happened more than once. There was an issue with my medicine refill being approved (on the Dr's end) and so it took awhile to get my refill approved so I asked Ridgeway to please send it overnight as I only have 2 days of my medication left which she said she would. The next day I get an email it was mailed regular so I won't receive for a week. That someone else got my order and processed it and they can't change the logistics of it. This has happened twice now! The medication I am on, you can't just stop. You will get withdrawal symptoms. After speaking to someone who answers the phone and also them transferring me to a pharmacist, not once was I apologized to for this happening or tried to help in any kind of way. They said it was already mailed and they couldnt do anything about it. Thats a lie, i checked the tracking and it hasnt even been picked up yet. They couldve changed it. They are usually nice on the phone but after this experience and not even an apology for their mess up, I will not use them again and will ask my Dr. To transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy moving forward. These withdrawal symptoms are not fun...at all. Ridgeway showed me today they do not care about their customers.

Disappointed with staff, my prescription was changed and they dispensed a different amount than my doctor ordered without my doctors approval. When I reached out to staff they were going to mail difference and they never did. Also the payment method is always on file even though you remove it online. They will process your orders without checking.

Ridgeway has been great. They answer phone calls and emails quickly with real people. They remind me when its time to refill and I get my prescription by mail easily.

Always receive my medication quickly. Staff are quick to respond to my emails and helpful. My only suggestion would be a better online refilling system, very basic and can’t see a lot of info about orders. I also recently had a medication get lost in mail and Ridgeway was quick to send me a replacement after informing them. 😊 …

The staff is always helpful when I call in for refills. Shipping is always very quick and they even offer an overnight option for a reasonable rate when I catch myself running too low and need a refill fast. I have been receiving my mail order medications from this pharmacy for many years and always have a pleasant experience.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have been going back and forth for weeks about my medication not being delivered and returned to the pharmacy. This was due to an error on the post office, but has since been resolved. The scuzzy part about this for Ridgeway Pharmacy is the fact the tracking ID by USPS states ‘delivered back to sender’ (which is the pharmacy). They claimed to have never received it (regardless of tracking). No medication, no refund, no reshipment. I cannot be without my medication, but Ridgeway Pharmacy does not seem to care.
