Charpentier is not a very professional pharmacist and I think should be removed from his position from interacting with the public in any capacity. The public dressing down of the staff witnessed today and of a person attempting to have a script filled (of a hormone to prevent menstrual bleeding)were he went on a tiraid about how upset he was to be doing his job and yelling about the doctor who had originally sent the script was on leave and because of that he was being asked to provide the service for which he is employed.

For the Most Part, it's like any other Pharmacy Except they do Have Some Over the counter Meds that are Significantly Cheaper than say CVS or Walgreens. Friendly people but parking is a nightmare.

My experience wasn't that bad even though I had to call for a refill to be picked up in 30- 45 minutes, which was a very good time.

I'm not a big fan of pharmacies, but this one does it right. Even though they're in a busy hospital, their service is much more personal than at the big corporate pharmacies. They're quick but polite, and they take the time to go over the drugs with you. That should be the way it is at every pharmacy, but unfortunately, it's a rarity these days.

Having to go to this pharmacy at Kent Hospital actually turned out to be a great experience. First of all, I had never been there before and had no idea where to park or where inside the hospital the pharmacy was located. I ended up driving around to the backside of the hospital and parked in one-hour patient parking. There were two doors I had to choose from... one said Ambulatory Care and the other didn't say anything but I could see a booth inside that said Information. I went in the Information door, walked up to the booth and asked where I could find the pharmacy. The woman smiled, pointed behind me and said "Right behind you." I thought 'Wow! What luck!' Anyway, inside the pharmacy, they were all very nice. I had to wait a few minutes for them to finish filling my prescription, but that didn't take long at all and before I knew it I was out of there! Very small waiting area, but very clean and sterile like. And about the waiting area, I don't think too many people should be hanging around a pharmacy anyway. And there's plenty of room in the lobby if there were a lot of people waiting.

I wish I had the gentleman's name. He was very resourceful. I was shocked how kind and caring he was. He went above and beyond. Over all, my intentions were highly satisfied with this pharmacy.

I’ve always experienced helpful staff in person and on the phone. I really like the extended hours too (open early and late). This is my favorite pharmacy! Thank you!
