Carolina Compounding & Nutritional Pharmacy

My doctor called in a new medication for me a week ago on Wednesday. Monday of this past week I called the pharmacy to find out if they received the order as I had not heard anything. They said they did, but they had to call my doctor to get the dose corrected. I believe there was a dose correction. So I paid on Monday and by Friday I had to call again to find out when it was going to be ready. It seems like a very long process from the beginning to end it was 1 1/2 week to get my medication. I picked it up yesterday and walked in and 2 ladies were typing on the computer. It took a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Everyone was nice, but certainly glad the medication was nothing too important as it takes a good bit for the 1st dose to start rolling.

Great pharmacists and techs, fantastic customer service. Does take at least 1-2 business days to fill my Rx when other places can do it same day, but affordable prices offered along with free shipping. Will continue coming here- very happy!

Quick turnaround and great communication! Have very specific requirements for my orders and they have been great about explaining options and prompting questions for clarification. The free shipping is very much appreciated as well. Will continue to use for compounding needs.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Carolina Compounding Pharmacy! My baby daughter had a severe rash and her doctor prescribed a compounded cream, but unfortunately the prescription came through without all the necessary details. I arrived close to closing time, and despite the challenges, Georgianne went above and beyond to help us. She not only took the time to contact the doctor multiple times, but also personally arranged for a missing ingredient from a nearby pharmacy so my daughter could get her medication that same day. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care turned what could have been a very stressful situation into such a positive experience. I have just recently transferred my prescription to Carolina Compounding and it has been nothing less than excellent. They have great communication, customer service, and are very friendly. So happy I made the switch.

I ordered a refill of my prescription last minute. When ordering the pharmacist asked if I wanted it shipped or if I wanted to pick it up,. I was pressed for time and the pharmacist said she would send it out that evening and I should get it in a couple of days. It was the end of the day when I called and though the package got boxed up, it did not go out that evening with UPS. The next day I got a call from the pharmacist. She let me know that she saw it did not go out that evening so she drove the prescription to my house. This was above and beyond and the kind of customer service you do not see anymore. I highly recommend this pharmacy and will be a loyal customer forever.

I'm on my fourth prescription and the staff and pharmacy have always been great. Very thorough and professional and timely. Great place to have prescriptions filled. I would highly recommend them.

This is the best pharmacy out there. The customer service is second to none. Prompt, responsive, knowledgeable, educated and nice - all these words come to mind when I think about the service. My prescription was filled and delivered to my door the next day. You will simply not find a pharmacy that is better than this.
