This pharmacy is amazing! I used mail away pharmacies and they may have been slightly less expensive, but paid for it in the long run! The staff here is friendly, helpful, and make the infertility process SOOO much easier! I can’t say enough great things about this pharmacy and their staff!!! Would give them 10 stars if I could!

Such an incredibly accommodating business. My son had just had surgery and his surgeon suggesting having the prescription filled before leaving. They did everything the could to not only fill the prescription quickly, but also go above an beyond to make things easier. I am so grateful for their attention to detail. Such an incredible business.

I have to pick up specialty meds at Nalle on a pretty frequent basis and they have always been accommodating and easy to work with! Tommy even went out of his way on a Saturday to schedule a pickup with me for something I needed urgently. They are the best!

This place is horrible!! I arrived to pick up my prescriptions that were called in 2 days prior and when I arrived they had no idea what I was there to pick up. They were asking me for the names of the prescriptions. It then took them an hour and a half to get the medication together while they figured out what they were doing and helped all of the other people in between. One of my medications was supposed to come with a sharps container and alcohol pads. When I finally arrived home with the medications, there was no sharps container for the needles or alcohol pads. I had to go back out to the store and get the alcohol swabs and just toss my needles in the trash.

The woman with the accent has made me feel extremely uncomfortable twice now while picking up my prescription. A person in her position should be professional and shouldn’t so obviously judge people for what meds they need. I will be changing pharmacies.

This pharmacy is right in the heart of the Novant Presbyterian Hospital area at 1900 Randolph Road. The staff is friendly and caring--the idea place to pick up your prescription after seeing any of the MD's in the neighborhood. Really convenient!
