Medicine Man Pharmacy

This pharmacy is the BEST. Jed, Mitch, Evan and all pharmacists and staff go way above and beyond to help their customers. I'm undergoing radiation and chemo the 2nd time around and experiencing some chemo brain confusion. I reached out to Jed (owner)by text and he not only responded within 5 minutes, he also had Mitch call me to make sure I understood. Bonus, neither of them made me feel stupid for asking! I love these professional yet compassionate people and I recommend them to my fellow chemo patients on the infusion ward. This is such a great pharmacy!! Everyone is so kind and they have really worked w me on prices as I have been self pay. It's a small town pharmacy in the middle of Omaha. If you are tired of the impersonal chain pharmacies, this is your new go to pharmacy!

Medicine Man Pharmacy in Omaha has been exceptional. They always have my medications in stock and fill them quickly. The pharmacists and staff are all amazing and although I'm not there frequently they remember me by name. It's a small town pharmacy feel like they really care and get to know their customers. The pharmacist the other day even came out in the rain and attempted to jump start my car for me when I broke down in front of the pharmacy, then called the next day when a tow truck was there for my vehicle to ensure that I was aware it was being towed. They are the simply the best, I highly recommend them!

I have to say this is the best Pharmacy I have ever used!! The staff at medicine Man in Omaha is so friendly, and they know me by first name. I feel like the pharmacist, know my profile and check for interactions, and any new medication that my doctors might add making me feel safe to start a new medication's as needed. The staff goes above and beyond duty making extra phone calls to insurance providers doctors and even, their patients to make sure we get the best and speediest customer service. I will use medicine. Man Pharmacy for many years to come.

Jed, and all folks at Medicine Man, are the absolute BEST. I don't know where to begin, but most recently I found myself at an Urgent Care and they called in some meds but it was closing time for the pharmacy. I called, Jed answered and waited for us to get there so we could get the meds right away. Just one example of the excellent customer service here. These folks know you by name and literally will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of and will educate you about your medicines without making you feel like an idiot. They are the best.

All the staff are so kind and helpful here. We switched to them after a medication shortage through several larger pharmacies and we transitioned all our medications there because they are so great to work with!

We don’t live close, but travel time is quicker than waiting in line at other pharmacies. The staff here are always friendly and professional. Prescriptions are correct and they answer the phones! They proactively ask questions and make suggestions to help customers. Best pharmacy in area.

Easily one of the best pharmacy’s we have ever been to. They always fill scripts on time and have never had to wait long periods of time for medications to be restocked. Highly recommended.

Medicine Man Pharmacy was recommended to my husband and I. Friendly and like how easy it is to have prescriptions filled. Also appreciate they are open 7 days a week. Small pharmacy and personable. Rare these days.
