If I could give it a zero I would. This pharmacy has a lied and said that I picked up prescriptions when I did not. And today a week after I called in a prescription they're telling me I have to go somewhere else to get it. They neglected to contact me and tell me that I should go somewhere else to get it. I called in today to verify. Everyone that works there is rude the pharmacists are inept and they were yelling at me and hung up on me today. The only reason why they are still in business is because they are a monopoly and there is no competition. All of you should be ashamed of yourselves. Why don't you take it seriously when you don't have a medication that a patient needs?!?! The patient should be the priority not your feelings... All of you are so rude.
Very interesting place to visit.. Not just a pharmacy . You can buy almost anything here, they have it all.
They have all of the New Hampshire Merch., Maple Sugar candy, lake floaties, kid toys, and much more. It's a must stop.
Colonial has switched to an automated service when you call in for scripts. It requires u to pay up front. For a $2 additional fee you can choose to have it delivered. OK so more Amazon and less local. Well I placed order on Monday with a Tuesday delivery. It's now Friday, no call, no messages. I call at 545pm to inquire, they put my script on the rack and missed the delivery portion. I tell them I will be in to pickup and please refund delivery fee, "not sure we can do that"? Stop in 15 mins later to pick up, cause I've been out for 4 days now. No apology, except that we refunded the delivery fee. Geez, guess I will go to Amazon and get the same treatment for less $ and better service.
I have been a customer of Colonial Pharmacy for several years and always experienced the best care. The pharmacists are professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and make patient care their priority. The other staff are courteous and friendly, even under times of high stress.
The pharmacy staff were kind and quick. It was significantly faster than I expected.
I do business locally to support my community. I’ve had great customer service at Colonial in the past! But today I received terrible service when getting my scripts refilled! Wrong quantity on half the scripts, no reason why! They filled it at 1/3 the quantity on the script! Second time they’ve done this! The cash prices quoted earlier by the pharmacist were cheaper than insurance, which is great! However, today I was told they were the same price as through insurance, so they charged me the cash price at the same rate! Sounded fishy to me! When I inquired was told there’s nothing they can do to fill the right quantity! I used the wrong cc instead of HSA card (my fault) and was told it couldn’t be cancelled and recharged! So much for local service. I’ve had good service in the past but my last two visits there had been a huge 180! Real bummer!
A little bit of everything. Have always found what I needed pharmacy wise, gift selection, snack & candy options, souvenirs and seasonal items. Pharmacy staff and front staff always available to help you find something and to answer any questions you might have.
This pharmacy has to be one of the best that I've been too. I needed a specific medicine made into a compound and they had never made it before and told me that they would make it for me. Every other pharmacy I've been to has not been this accommodating. I will definitely recommend them. Thank you so much.
I cannot say enough positive things about this Colonial Pharmacy but I will start with the moat important one: It has been the ONLY pharmacy that has had the medication I need for my daughter every time we needed it, and that means EVERYTHING to a Mom and Dad who depend on a medication to keep their child healthy.
