Walgreens Pharmacy

This is my favorite Walgreens because the staff is always so friendly and helpful. They always make sure that the line never gets long by having a staff that see that they are needed and open another register to get everyone served. The associates always have a positive attitude. They take the time to actually show me where something is when I don't know. When I come in, they always have a smile and make me feel welcome. This is my favorite Walgreens now. Not that the other was bad, but this one is just friendlier and more helpful. Every visit, I leave felling better than I did prior to coming to that store. Now I drive past two other Walgreens to visit this one because they feel like friends and know my shopping habits and I don't like to wait. Their ability to see something that need to be done and just doing it and not having to be told to do it or walk past a long line and do nothing till someone ask them for help. They are a great group who share the work load to ensure good service. Bob

I have had three extremely bad experiences on different occasions in this pharmacy. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but is incredibly disrespectful and rude. They hanged up the phone after waiting on hold because honestly they just didn’t want to work. Had to wait almost a whole day for my medication to be ready for pick up because they didn’t want to do their job and cherry on top, extremely bad attitude towards customer when clearly is their fault.

If I could give zero, it’d be zero. As someone who has been a certified pharmacy tech at a Walgreens before, the way this pharmacy is run is unacceptable. Patients/ customers are always right, something taught to anyone in that role. Therefore when techs are getting attitudes over patients needing their medicines, and standing around gossiping instead of doing their jobs, there are real issues. They also do not answer the phones promptly, even when they are not busy. Patients waiting in the store are meant to be marked as “waiting” and have a 15 min timeframe to fill their meds, since waiters are priority. Not at this store. I have now waited several days, and my RX’s still say in progress. When I went to pick up my meds, TRACY one of the ill-trained pharmacy techs decided it would be advisable to get an attitude and refuse to even attempt to accommodate me in trying to fill my meds before closing. I had called prior and was told my meds would be filled within the hour. That was false. Then the pharmacist told me, after taking over for Tracy since the conversation was getting heated, that my meds would be ready today this morning. It’s now the afternoon, and guess who’s meds are still “in progress!” Not only this, but my 9 year old daughter saw this GROWN woman (Tracy) walk behind my back to close the doors up for closing, and give me dirty looks. I’ve complained to corporate and will continue to until some real staffing and training changes are made. I’ve seen and spoken to several elderly patients who would love to complain as well but do not have the means to. Utterly ridiculous how patients are treated at this store, hence the 2.7 rating. You’d think changes would already be made after a rating that low. All the employees are extremely unprofessional, especially to be working in healthcare. Do 👏 something 👏 about 👏 this 👏 store 👏!!

This Walgreens is going down hill. They have changed theirs pharmacy hours and aren’t open on weekends anymore. They are generally understaffed and take forever. Only positive is that I really liked the new female pharmacist who works there. I’ve decided I’m switching to somewhere else that is actually open when you need them to be.

You might as well pick up your Rx because if you ask for delivery, they will hold you Rx hostage for days until you realize no one at walgreens knows how to do their job and you gotta call to ask where the hell your medication is and why hasn't it been delivered.

The worst staff and the worst pharmacy in the universe. Non-professionals with a loose style of speech and dealing It deserves a negative mark if available
