The staff at the Mammoth location have been consistently helpful and pleasant. As far as the organization of the store is concerned, I did find it rather confusing when I wanted to find the vitamin aisle, which I was expecting to be near the other medicines. However, staff was very helpful in finding what I needed and pointing to special deals.
CVS is always on a bean!!! I love that they have a rewards program, which you can use if you shop there frequently or you buy things like toothpaste or other cosmetics that may be more expensive. They give you $10 off every month for just $5 a month. Now, if you’re gonna spend five dollars a month on a cosmetics like toothpaste, paper towels or whatever anyway, you’d be a crazy not to get this rewards program and plus you can clip other discount coupons on their app… I once to save $23!!! IT’S WORTH IT NO BS
I had a perscription filled on 9/11 When I went to pick it up it was incorrect.they used the generic, not the brand name. The pharmacist said he would order the brand name and call when it was ready. They never called. I called Monday and the pharmacist said it was ready.i asked him to check to be sure it was the brand name He said it was I went down Wed and no one could find my perscription, even though they said it was there. 2:10pm the pharmacy called to say they found it. I went down Thurs morning, and once again it had DISppeared, after they called and said it was there. They finally filled it while I waited. 4 tries to fill one petscription is totally unacceptable!!!! Three special trips were I left empty handed unacceptable!
I made my appointment on line. Waited a few minutes to register, signed the paperwork & was called. I received 2 shots. Was in an outing 10 minutes.
Great experience at CVS on mammoth Rd in Manchester NH. I witnessed two staff members going out of their way to help a client. I myself had a very helpful worker at the pharmacy! Nice to see staff who care about clients and their experience at the store!
They are okay they can take a long time to fill your medication, They will fill your medication when you don't need them and you tell them not to auto fill them.
A side of nobody knowing anything to do with anything when it comes to OTC program the first hour took me to pick out my items that they all said was included mostly all of them were denied, and then when I brought three of the exact same items up Half an hour later, they were accepted, but then when I was trying to pick my description, the clerk was taking plenty of time with the customer in front of me, and as soon as the customer in front of me was completed, the Clark left the pharmacy met up with the customer that was in front of me for 20 minutes and started hugging up on. I’m guessing, boyfriend and girlfriend time was more important than customers.
I just wish this staff would read the orders from the physicians and follow them. It’s been 2 months and they refuse to provide me with said change to medication. I’m trying to get better but per their actions, I don’t think that’s what they want. So tired of the lack of empathy and the downright disregard for people’s needs. There have been times I’ve also felt very homophobic and antisemitic treatment from one pharmacist in particular and now many of the staff. Stop passing the buck and telling people it’s “not my job” when it actually is. It’s crazy that people are allowed to treat the disabled like this in 2024. Very sad.
Busy but their pharmacist are attentive!!! Awesome ppl
Great service every time I visit. The associates are always very attentive and the store is tidy
