I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy. They have consistently gone above and beyond for me and my family.. Whether it’s working through insurance issues, tracking down hard-to-find prescriptions, or coordinating with doctors last minute, they always come through. What stands out most is how thoroughly and patiently everything is explained to me. I never feel rushed or dismissed. Even when I’m overwhelmed, they take the time to make sure I understand what’s happening and what the next steps are. That kind of compassion and reliability is rare, and I’m so grateful for their support.

Before I transferred my prescriptions here, tired of long lines and feeling like a number at the big box stores, I sent a message to this location. I wanted to make sure I wouldn’t have to educate my healthcare team about LGBTQ+ health issues and medications. I received a voicemail the next day from the pharmacist assuaging my concerns. Since then, I’ve had further conversations with Nevan, who explained he fully supports and is educated about the LGBTQ+ community. The service is very personal here. Just after going here for one month, the team recognized me and I never have waited more than a minute or two to pick up my prescriptions. Five stars are well-deserved.

I'm old and not very mobile, I've had a handful of pharmacies before I came to Medicap. I had nothing but great interactions with all the peroneal. You have the best delivery driver I've ever known. I don't comment ever, but he's a very good guy. Please give him more money!

The staff here is amazing! Wonderful, knowledgable and efficient. Sophia, Lillian, Alex and Nevin helped us with our flu shots and we had an excellent experience.

This not my regular pharmacy but ended up here because my clinic made an error with the prescription I needed for my child. I was assisted by the pharmacist and he did everything possible to help me out and was very informative.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are affordable.

Not sure what has happened but over the past several weeks I have noticed a decline in the promptness of refills and responsiveness I once experienced here. I shouldn’t have to completely run out of my medication while waiting for refill requests to be filled which had been submitted a couple days prior. On their new app, Rx Local, there is a drop down to select when you need to pick up your medication. The options include “ASAP, Later today, Tomorrow” etc. At first I figured this to be a good feature but now time after time of my medication not being ready when I indicated, I believe that menu is for aesthetics only. A ‘placebo effect’. I take several different medications which demand consistency in routine and schedule. If current patterns continue, unfortunately I will need to consider partnering with a different pharmacy. Whatever is going on, it’s not appropriate that it be impacting the patient(s) in this way.

Just switched to Medicap from Hy-Vee. Medicap is so much better. No lines, friendly staff and quick in and out trips.

This location is without a doubt the most professional, prompt, and polite pharmacy I've ever been to. I've dealt with what seems like every employee, and they are fast. Most of all depending on what class medication they never show any sort of judgment which is a stigma with most pharmacy's. Completely professional.

I switched from a very large pharmacy to this pharmacy about 7 years ago and I haven't looked back! When I called, the pharmacist handled everything and I didn't even have to tell my previous pharmacy I was leaving they handled everything for my entire family! Since then we have received nothing but the best advice and care. When I walk in, I am greeted by name and am not treated like a number. I feel like I am visiting family! Anytime I call with a question the staff are always very knowledgeable and quick to answer. We are always in and out when we come to pick up prescriptions as well. It has never been more than a 10 minute wait when I walk in with a paper prescription! THIS IS, BY FAR, THE BEST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Make the switch now! You won't regret it!
