Great customer service very friendly staff very good at explaining things if you get a new medication

There is a gal by the name of Kelly who has known my parents and my sister and I for years...so after a while of using the Walmart pharmacy I just decided to switch to Medicap instead because of Kelly. She is so sweet and any time she sees a pupper with their owner she will give the pupper a treat. Even if they can't be brought in or met at the window if you tell her that you have your fur baby with you, she will grab your fur baby a couple of treats. She's so sweet and the staff there is amazing and always have been!! Thank you to everyone at medicap but most importantly thank you Kelly for just being you.

Pharmacists are on target for getting prescriptions correct. I greatly appreciate Medicaps delivery service. Friendly and helpful describe the staff. It's easy to slip in and purchase medical supplies. The drive through window is especially nice. From items such as Neutrogena soap, greeting cards, cough lasengas and Essential Oils- Medicap provides the service and products that I expect a Creston, Iowa's pharmacy to provide. Keep up the excellent work Medicap!
