Ken's Pharmacy

Easily the best Pharmacy in Manchester NH. I highly recommend transferring your prescriptions to Ken's. If you have questions like I did they will gladly answer all you have. The only thing I regret is not switching from Walgreens on Valley st sooner. Its the best experience I've ever had at a pharmacy, I was in an out within 10 minutes Unlike Walgreens who takes 6 hours to fill something and gives you attitude for calling to check on it. SWITCH YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED

Pharmacy has been okay... im a brand new member looking to start getting all my perscriptions through Kens! Its a small business and ill support that over big guys in town every chance I get. Now that being said, "Im extreamly unpleased with the establishment today and whoever was closing 07/22/25. I had to pedel bike across town (about 20min) to get here and got here at 6:52pm. [THEY CLOSE AT 7PM]. So here i sit, 6:59pm now the lights are off, door is locked, and there obviously closed. Theres no sign on door saying, we closed early today or anything like that... I knocked on door and tryed the phone hoping a worker maybe still inside & had just locked up early but was still doing final touches inside??!! Nope! Phone just rings, rings, rings, till u get a F-U button at the end. That surprised me cuse youd think they would allow after hour voicemails to be more informed come next business day.... guess not! Conclusion: Allthough I may be frustrated right now, maybe I wouldnt be if I knew the reason. (Although someone drove right by me from the back P-Lot behind store as I was at their front door and they didnt stop at all. Obviously adding to my frustration.) I hope their practice in future outweighs this small inconvenience... but only time will tell. In my opinion alone... "If your a business and you advertice to be open Monday-Thursday 8am - 7pm then that is whats expected by your customers. Period." If i got off work today 8-10min early today maybe i would have made it here ya know?! Idk.... please do better kens. I will call in future if im running close to closing but thing is is i made it here with plenty time to spare. Do better! We all know your capable!

Ken went above and beyond to find best price, and the item came in a couple of days.

I've been going here for 30+ years. Ken and his staff are absolutely terrific. I remember going there as a small child and I'm now an adult. They are very welcoming and it's a personable expierence.

Nostalgic family-owned pharmacy offers personal service from one of three pharmacists who know you by first name. Good deals on medical equipment. I'll never go back to the chain pharmacies. Best selection of unique greeting cards in Manchester.

I have been going to Kens pharmacy for many years. When I walk in, the pharmacist knows exactly who I am. I feel confident that all my prescriptions are prepared carefully in rhe best interest of my health. I am proud to support the small pharmacies over The Big box store pharmacies.

The only place that had my son's medication all the other pharmacies were not in stock with it and wouldn't be for a while but this is a medication that he needs daily they were very nice over the phone had it all ready for me when I went in best service I've had with any pharmacy in a very long time thank you

I just started using this pharmacy about two months ago. I was originally filling my monthly prescriptions at Rite Aid.... With a 40 minute MINIMUM wait. No more! They always have me taken care of in less then 5 minutes. YES. 5 minutes. I will never go back to big chain pharmacies after using Ken's. And they know your name.... Service cant be beat! Also, if you dont have insurance their prices are far cheaper than others. I wont be going anywhere else from here on out! Highly recommended... I wish I brought my business to them long ago. I promise once you go here you won't want to ever go anywhere else!

Great service and atmosphere. it's a rare find to be able to find an independently owned "mom &pop" old school pharmacy, where you are greeted by name. The pharmacists and clerks are helpful, extremely friendly and I have never had to wait. I happily support independent businesses, dont allow the corporate chains take over.

Incredible team. The most reliable and flexible pharmacy I have ever experienced. Since I've started going there, I've never had to fight with any insurance or doctors. If they ever needed to order a medication, somehow they are able to have it delivered the next morning. Not the 2 weeks CVS Walgreens etc can do if they do their best. It's amazing how life changing a pharmacy can really be. I now know never to settle for less.
